Copyrights for print job layouts including corporate identity materials, brochures, advertisements, tradeshow booths, newsletters, door hangers, postcards, etc. as well as the source files for Flash projects will not be transfered when a project is completed

A client can expect to recieve a single, uneditable file for any print or Flash work done. If there is a desire to purchase the source files for exclusive use by the client, you may negotiate the price of those with the winning designer.
