Thank you for your interest in wanting to join our group of talented designers. There are several factors that go in to determining who gets an invitation to join the Design Team.

• Skill level - Obviously one of the most important factors is your talent. We will need to see samples of your work before you will be considered.
• Experience - We are looking for experienced, knowlegable professionals.
• Attitude - Do you play well with others? Do you have a pleasant personality and are easy to work with? If so, we want you.

Please don't be discouraged if you do not have a lot of experience, if you have great talent and and a nice attitude, we have room for you on our Apprentice Team.
