Could you provide a conference logo in some other format, most likely CDR or AI or PSD or even good resolution JPG because I can't open this EPS. Thank you in advance! :)

Pracus: Sorry you couldn't open the file. I've attached a ZIP below with the EPS and a PSD. Paula designed our Conference logo and perhaps she can help if you still can't open the files.

Looking forward to seeing your design. Thanks, Adele

Fran: Thank you for your entry.

I'd like to see the front of the card with colors that are a little less intense. We want the conference logo to be the focus of the front and I think it would look better with colors that are paler. Not fond of the gold - would prefer peach. Could the logo be a little larger?

Back of the card - No gold. If we're going to add a color to the purple/green on the back we usually use fuchsia as an accent to our logo. Could you make the line "$25 Application fee WAIVED..." larger please. Looking forward to seeing a revision.

All Designers: Just to clarify... the colors/design format on the front and back do NOT have to match each other. We're promoting Conference on the front and Membership on the back. Colors on each side should compliment the logo used.

Pracus: Looks great! Could we see two changes to the front, please.

1. Center "Don't Miss NARTS Annual Conference!"
2. Change the URL to Arial font - make it as large as will comfortably fit in the space.

Thank you, Adele

Greetings, presenting my entry for your postcard design. I am yet to set the direction for the look of the back part, your comments on the front part would help me establish this. Thanks.

Pracus: Thanks for the revision... we like it better that way. Do you have any other ideas on the color - we'd like to see what the front looks like with more peach and green and less purple/lavender in the center area. Keep the purple text at the top and bottom on the peach background - it has good contrast.

Plum: Glad you joined our contest. Could you simplify the backgound design - I like curved lines and "swooshes" but it seems a little busy and takes away from the conference logo. Would like the URL larger and more usual font for "Informative..." Except for the green text, I think we need more contrast in the color. Thank you!

All Designers: FYI - We are open to both horizontal and vertical designs for the front of the post card.

Fran: I like this approach a lot better than the first one. I'd like to see a few changes on the front of the card:

1. Move "Informative" etc. to the top of the card. I'd like it in a more unusual font with each word separated by a symbol and could be in upper/lower case (see the wording in my original post).

2. Make the logo a little smaller. I do want it to be the focus but would prefer a little background to show on the sides.

3. Don't Miss NARTS Annual Conference! - change to upper/lower case.

4. Make URL larger.

Thanks so much for this second design. Adele

Pracus: Wow... It's really nice, now I'm not sure which of your two versions I like best. The green background is interesting and different. I'll give you more feedback tomorrow after the staff comes in. Thanks again, Adele

Fran: I like that much better. Clever use of the leaves. Could I please see one more revision before the contest ends and make our decision.

1. Take the pale green background right down to the orange block at the bottom. (Delete the lavender background entirely) Make the orange background at the bottom lighter as in your previous version.

2. Make "Don't Miss..." green - the same green as in the text "Resale on our Minds" in the logo.

Thank you, Adele

Pracus: Didn't forget you... had trouble deciding which of your versions we liked best. We like $12 better - just not sure about the colors. Could we see another revision before the contest ends, please.

1. Make the top and bottom backgrounds peach - as close as to what is in the logo as possible... not quite as orange as you have it. Leave text color the same purple.

2. The middle - either yellow (not as gold you have it) or pale green (a pale shade of the green in the logo leaves - not as lime as in your other version) Text color - let's try the dark green from the logo.

3. Lastly... could you try another angle for the border at the top. I like it better as on the back of the postcard.

Thank you very much, Adele

Pracus: Thank you for the color choices. I like Message #24. I don't think the "Don't Miss... " shows up in the white. Can you try it in the dark green from the logo, please.

I'm still not sold on the top curved line. I don't like the way it makes the shape of the middle look. Could I see it with that line straight?

Really liking this design. Thank you for your revisions. Adele

One from me...

BlueCherry: Thank you for your design. I like the back a lot. The front is a nice setup but has too much purple/lavender and I think the watermark design at the top is a little too busy. Would like the front to have more peach color on it. Thank you, Adele
