Looking for a logo for teen Bible Study program

Hi there again!

We're currently looking for a logo to use in print and our website for a home based bible study program for the Students in our ministry. The program is called "Home Teams"

Basically I'm just looking for a logo to use as a bullet point when I publish literature about the programs our ministry offers.

I'm thinking of "Home Teams" being in large font with "your LINK to the next level" in small font underneath...

I'm looking for a green and yellow color scheme but I'm open to anything...

Most of the students involved are Sporty/Skater style kids... so the logo and font should reflect that image.

You help is greatly appreciated!

:tup: You guys ROCK! I agree that it should be typographical than graphic... I actually love both of your first logos... the color scheme is perfect and the slogan of Home Teams your LINK to the next level is just right... if I could encourage one symbol at all it would be a diamond as in baseball diamond... it should be real simple but too in depth...

Fred... I'd like to see that type of graphic included somewhere in your deisgn.

Hypnosis... instead of the oval that you created could you make it more diamond shaped?

Can't wait to see it... I need to make a decision by Wednesday July 30th.

It's a baseball diamond... each base signifies a different level (program) the student ministry offers... that why the Home Teams are the LINK to the next level...

It's just an idea though, not nessessary...

Fred, I actually liked the style of your first design better... seemed more youth-ish... Remember we're reaching teens here who are mostly skaters and surfer... the goal is that I want them to sign up for this program so I want somthing catchy...

The baseball diamond, is part of the imagery we use, it's not neccessary but if it is used I'd rather use the actual baselines and diamond effect with it...

This is a logo that will mostly be used in print and out website as a bullet point to draw attention to the program.. so it really doesn't need to be too heavy on the graphics...

I'm not to crazy about the surfer in the logo and the swirly thing to symbolize the "s" in Home Teams

When I gave the surfer/skater analogy I really was just looking for something you might see on a sticker or sign posted at Pacific Sunwear or a Skater pro shop...

I can't wait to see what else you pull up!

And I'll actually taken them right away if you could only do two things for me...

1. It's actually supposed to read "HOME TEAMS" (with an "s" at the end... you left it out before)

2. Could you make "your LINK to the next level" a bigger on the bottom and also make LINK all caps?

Once you make those changes... I'd actually love to have copies of ALL of the options sent to me in multiple file types... (Options 1 & 2 all the colors) And I'd also like one in just black and white for printing purposes.

Hello Wayne,
I've worked out the logo(s) the way you wanted them and I'm about to send them on your email... But I only had time to do vector eps format (compatible to almost every DTP software) so you can play with them, they can be opened on Photoshop, Illlustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw etc... If you do open it on photoshop, you will be able to "save as" any format you might be looking for...
Sorry man :( , I've only had time to do that... but if it's not dead-urgent, I can send you the different versions you would need, waiting for your confirmation sir! ;) ...
