The site itself is a social networking site. I am looking for a high end design with a web 2.0 look and feel to it.

The current design is controlled by CSS, so to make this work, I need this new design to be heavy on CSS in order to fit it into my site design.

I want a clean and modern design. Similiar to many of the new and upcoming web 2.0 websites out there.

The site must be fast loading. This is a very key requirement due to the traffic it will be receiving.

I have included links to several sites I like.

I need this design ASAP.

What I liked: I liked big picture on the main page, representing what the site was about. A possibility for the main page. I liked it, but not so sure about how this could really work. Although I am open to this type of design. I also liked the round edges on the design.

I like Aliska's second design. Although I don't care for the color combination as much as the first one.

I'm thinking a blue/orange combination as the first or even a green/orange combination.

It also appears that the second one does not have the same elements as the first as well. Meaning the items on the page.

I think everyone needs to keep in mind, that there will be ad placement on the page so we need to keep that in mind during designs.

I like the blue used in "mbleigh's" design. It's a nice shade I like a lot.

The overall feel I am going for is a "clean" look and modern which I think both of the designs so far are doing quite well.

I look forward to see other designs.

Ok, here's some feedback.

Of all the designs so far... I like two the best so far...

1.) Aliska's in Message #8

and

2.) prelude785's in Message #21

Of the two I like prelude's a bit better.

What I would like changed is, the picture of the woman. I would also like the navigation bar to be one line instead of two, as the number of items can change according to my settings in my admin section.

I think I like the font for the sections titles to be more bold and Not a times roman but more like an arial type font. I don't know what that's called, I guess a serif font without the feet at the bottom of the letters . I'm sure you know what I am referring to. LOL

I think that's it for now.

I´m interested in giving you a just-on-target design... but i´ve failed trying to design a different concept. It was impossible to find a new trail towards a new idea, since i´ve found myself lost. With any comments on my past design i couldn´t improve myself and remove my faults.
