[Project Complete] Product labels for baby food company - $150

We need to create labels for our baby food containers. We need two labels designed. One for the front of each container and one for the back of each container. Attached is a sample of our own stab at creating labels. We thought that these were okay attempts but clearly not as good as work that has been done for us in the past by the DesignOutpost team

Front Label Specifications
1 ½ inches high by 3 inches wide. Oval shaped.
The front label will need to have an open space where the name of the food inside the jar can be stamped onto it. The font on the stamps is roughly 12 point, Courier. The width varies.
The front label will have 2 ink colors. Black and PMS 377 (green).
The front label must display our logo, net weight, and 100% Organic.

Back Label Specifications
1 ½ inches high by 3 inches wide. Oval shaped
The back label will have one ink color. Black.
The back label must display our logo, address, web address, etc.

Both sides must display our logo. The back must also display our baby graphic. We would like to work the baby graphic into the front but it is not a requirement.

I forgot to mention that designs cannont bleed. And that there must be 1/8 inch of margin.

We love the design. Here are a few minor changes.

FRONT LABLE
-please make the baby's diaper white.
-Please add a TM symbol to both the logo and the baby.
-Please find some way to make the boarder around the outside black. That way the front and back seem like the belong together.

BACK LABLE
-Please remove "612 36th Ave" from the address.
-Please remove "98122" from the address.
-Please add "Phone" to the phone number
-Please add a TM symbol to both the logo and the baby.

Yes, we are ready to wrap. Can we have the files in Photoshop format? It would be great if we could keep all the photoshop layers so the printing company can tweak the sizes if they need to.
