This is a deli similar to a Boston Market which will have some prepared foods. The intention of the logo is to make it light and inviting. Some of our thoughts would be to include a pickle or incorporate a sandwich such as a dagwood sandwich.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
Welcome,
Could you please answer these questions and the post the questions and answers in a message in your project. This will help the design team better serve your project. Thank you

This is a new deli opened by seasoned ooperators. The target audience is lunch crowd and then the family on the go with prepared foods. The logo will go on the building, sandwich boards for menus and all advertising. The sign should be simple and other than the name and phone, very little script. One thought was to incorporate the name within either a pickle or a sandwich.

I believe this captures the mood of the flow of people in a bustling city at lunch hour (in an almost jazz like way).
I just wanted to get the idea down for you so I can get a grip of the direction you wish to go ... it needs some slight tweaking/refinement, but I'm sure you get the idea.
Do you have any photos of the store?
Colour/s variations to come ... down the track.
Let me know your thoughts.
Cheers,
Paul

Mediagraph, Like the use of the sandwich, colors perhaps a little too pastel, the other thought was to incorporate a pickle instead of a sandwich, any ideas?
Project Update: The project amount has been rasied to $300 and the Deadline date has been updated to July 5th.

Could you please incorporate the phone number for the deli in the logo? The phone number is 734-453-1111.
Thank you!

Did you miss my entry poneill007? I thought there was feedback (from the notification email. But there isn't now.
Typically, a "logo" wouldn't include telephone details (you'll need to change it if you move, it may not reproduce so well at smaller sizes). I'm more than happy to provide suggestions as to how it could be placed/positioned with the logo, unless it is a MUST - in which case I will certainly try to come up with a variation.
Let me know.
Cheers,
Paul

To Mediagraph, We have elected to use your logo. We are requesting that in version 2.0 could we add the phone under the name portion. Or version 3.0 could you change the font to be creative like in 2.0. Thanks Pat
