Thanks guys for your entries so far, looking good :)

Some feedback from my client:

For simplicity they are around 6 out of 10. Must be closer to 3 out of 10.

Seems the client is very partial to the logo design in the website template (http://www.visaworkforce.com/Web Site Template.xls) including the colours and cog style, which Ratbaggy's is most like, and would like to see some variations of that (basically make it closer the one in the website template):

The left hand cog is to be pink, and slightly offset from the other two.
The other 2 cogs in a grey (equiv to 30% shading colour)
The name Visa Workforce to be in colour equiv to 80% shading (not black),
and put a bit more gap between the logo and the name.

Thanks.

Thanks Ratbaggy, looking good.

Hi Jennifer, nice effort. Would it be possible to see the cogs on the left? Though i guess that may throw the balance out?? Maybe try different proportions too? Also could you please make the WORKFORCE letters a darker gray? Thanks.
