We are a brand new youth ministry at a church in Malvern, Arkansas. We are calling ourselves "The Mix" -- I'd like to have a logo that incorporates something to do with music, equalizers, and something that could be used with or without the words "The Mix" next to it. I want something that is catchy and not "churchy" or "religious." Deadline is July 5.

I like the design using the blocks like an EQ system...however, I don't care for the font & the design around the blocks. Perhaps you can come up with another scheme that will highlight the blocks and another font. I want something that people will look at without the words "The Mix" and say, "hey, that's the mix student group" Great job though, and thank you so much for putting this together.

I love your concept. If we can, let's get rid of the cross in the middle and where you have "The Mix" can we put some sort of stereo deck? Like the words The Mix are sitting on top a stereo deck? I love the record idea though. Thanks for letting me know you'll be away from the computer. I love what you've got going.

Hi, DraganB -

MUCH better. I love the design much better than the first one. I love what you're doing with the EQ things. It rocks. Can we maybe make that bigger and more defining? It seems rather lonely if we take away "The Mix Student Group" -- I want to totally be identified by our logo without the name of our group. Like we can insert The Mix or leave it out and people will say, hey, that's the mix. Make that EQ thing bigger and do something to draw some more attention to it. This is great.

Can you do one thing for me though? I just want to see what the record would look like not oblonged, but as a circle. Try that for me and let me see what I like.

As an update for draganb, I am in decision mode after tin1 gets me this other revision. It's not looking like I'm going to make a choice with one, but rather both of them. One tin1 gets me this revision, I'll contact both of you and we'll go from there.
