Designers,
What a great start! :)
Thank you all so much for your ideas. Just a quick note, please include the tags lines, “Real Estate Solutions” & “The Answer To Your Real Estate Puzzle” in your design submissions.
I’ll give detailed feedback on each design later today.
Thank you again!

Designers,
Thank you all for your quick response to my project. Below is a little feedback for the submitted designs.
Senter: (version 1) Need more of a puzzle to the house. Not crazy about vertical line and horizontal verbiage. Need to add “The Answer To Your Real Estate Puzzle”.
Senter: (version 2) Puzzle looks too much like the original design. I do not like the verbiage centered below. Need to add “The Answer To Your Real Estate Puzzle”.
Senter: (version 3) Roof too pointy, too many hard angles, needs a bit more depth. I do not like the verbiage centered below. Need to add “The Answer To Your Real Estate Puzzle”.
Carol Taldo: I really like your puzzle. That is a great example of taking it to the next level! Can we do some different colors? How about some red, grey and maybe a dull olive green?? I not a fan of the font and could we make “& company” larger. Need to add “Real Estate Solutions” & “The Answer To Your Real Estate Puzzle”.
Vertline: I like the use of the four different colors in the puzzle. Puzzle too much like the original design. The design above the puzzle gives it too much of a contemporary feel.
Medigraph: I like the font and the layout you have chosen. Please add “The Answer To Your Real Estate Puzzle”. The puzzle design is too much like the original.
Overall there is something I like about each design. I can’t wait to see your revisions based on the above feedback. Thank you all for your time!

Medigraph-
Thank you for the original idea, but not quite what I had in mind. I like the stacking of the company name and font. For the puzzle I would like to tie it more into real estate. I sell in the in-town neighborhoods of Atlanta. How about something with a streetscape, more of an urban, in-town feel!

Carol,
I really like your puzzle but I’m not a big fan of blue. Can we get rid of the blues and do more of a stack on the company name (Rick Hagler above & Company) so that the puzzle does not over power it.

Carol,
I like the your puzzle but still not liking the company name. Can we try another layout on the company name? No changes to the puzzle at this time.
Thank you,
Rick

Eziey & Fabian thanks for jumping in with some new designs! Here is a little feedback:
Eziey: Your puzzle is very original! Can you add a little more color and stack the company name to the side.
Fabian: Thank you for your entry but it just does not do anything for me. I hope you will give it another shot.

Carol- As I have said before I like your puzzle but the name is not working for me. Let’s leave out the olive color on the verbiage and stack it more in line to the original design. Put “Real Estate Solutions” in red and the rest in the dark grey. Move “The Answer To Your Real Estate Puzzle” centered below the entire logo as in the original.

Designers,
Sorry for the delay in response to your latest entries. Below is a little feedback:
Taldo (v5) Thank you very much. No changes needed at this time.
Vertlime (v2) The puzzle is hard to see on this one. I not a big fan of having the company name and tag line all centered.
Vertlime (v3) I like this one, not what I’m looking for but I do like it. I would prefer the company name and tagline to the right of the puzzle. Not sure if that would work with this design
Fabian (v2) I’m so sorry but I just do not like this one. The key has been so over done in the real estate industry and I do care for the font. I have so enjoyed viewing your portfolio, I hope you will have another entry.
Medigraph (v3) Still very close to the original design but I kind of like it. Can you give the graphic a little depth? I like the way you have the company name, “&” and tagline stacked.
Eziey (v2) I like the puzzle and how it appears to be floating. The company name and tag line are stacked very nicely. Can you add more colors? Not just different shade of the same color.
Thank you all for your great entries. I can’t wait too see more!! Only six days left…….

Designer you have been very busy!! Here is a little feedback:
Taldo: (v6) I like the darker colors and the stack of the company name. No revisions needed at this time.
Eziey (v2a, v2b, v2c) I like 2b the best. Can you make a few changes for me? Make a version on 2b with the grey between the two reds and another version of the gold between the two reds and one last one of a red, gold and grey puzzle. Leave the house black and no changes to the company name.
Medigraph: (v3.1) Looks very nice. No changes needed at this time.
Diaka (v1) The puzzle is a very beautiful piece of art that would make a great painting but just does not work for a logo. I do not think most of the general public would relate it to real estate. I really like your font and the coloring and shading in the top version. I hope you will be able to submit another idea.
Thank you all for the hard work on my logo!

Eziey,
Thank you for the updates!! No changes needed at this time.
We are getting close to the end of this project, just 3 days left. I'm open to any new submissions. I've narrowed my selection of the current submissions to Taldo (v6) and Eziey (2e) for consideration.
Thanks everyone for your hard work and creative ideas. There is still time for more submissions.

Carol,
I think we have hashed this red issue to death. Let’s go version 10 (color) and version (8) for grey scale.
Thank you so much for your patience and your wonderful design!
