Hello Designers, I am so excited to finally be able to come and work with you on my new logo!!

Below is the project summary and I look forward to seeing what you design!

Project Summary:


What text should be included in the main part of the logo?

Exceptional Pet Care. I would also like it to include a graphic that will become recognizable when used on it’s own. ( I do like the font “TriplexSansLight” I have already purchased it) I would also like it to look nice in black and white for less expensive advertising.

What type of product or service do you offer?

A professional pet sitting and dog walking service. We will also offer waste removal services.

How long have you been in business?

We will be starting this fall.

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?

A professional logo to attract clients to our service.

When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?

Deadline is July 25th

What type of logo would you like?

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?

No specific images or icons.
Communication Strategy:
The logo will be used on all advertising material for the company: letterhead, brochures, business cards, signs, yellowpages, website and T-shirts!


What are your long term goals?
To become the best pet sitting company in Southern Maryland and perhaps surrounding suburbs. We want to be known as a the best company that you can trust to take care of your pets and your home while traveling. We want our pet owners to feel safe and secure knowing that their pets are being treated as though they were home taking care of their animal.

Audience Profile:

People who really love their pets and want what’s best for them. Usually they are wealthy, vacation or business travel a lot.

Who would you like to add to your audience?
We would like to offer services to anyone who has a pet who they would like to stay in their home while they’re away. We want people to realize they have alternatives to boarding their pets.

Thank-you for your submission Yusurf. Okay, I like the different animals together, but I think the dog and cat look a little "goofy". I like the animals to look more like these http://www.3fpetsit.com .

Also, I think the colors are not going to work for me. So, feel free to change. Try coloring the Expectional Pet Care the lighter color purple with the green line. That may work depending on how it blends with the color of the animals.

Okay, I would like to make the following changes:

1)Could you please make the circle surrounding the animals a little thinner.
2) I like the cat and mouse, but I really do not care for the dog.
3) Is it possible to add a fish or bird?
4) Lets change the font, I do like how it is arranged. Can you try it with several different fonts? Including "TriplexSansLight”.
5) Also, please try different colors.

I like your concept with the letters containing animals and such. Could you eliminate the dog, cat and bird and try to create them with the letters also like fish and cat tail. You can use lizards, cats, dogs, fish, birds, mice, hamsters etc.

I like this design. It grabs more than your other one did. Let's try a few changes. I know I said I like the animals at this site http://www.3fpetsit.com/about.html. But on this picture the eyes do not "match" the pets. So, let's change the eyes, they are look scared! Please give the dog and cat a little mouth, maybe appearing like they are smiling.

Color of green -- could you change it to : R170; G170; B 73
Color of the purple -- could you change it to : R117; G83; B 107

Here are the revisions you requested. I also changed the colors to their closest match in CMYK palette (The palette that should be used), however please note that the purple I previously used was already the best match of the RGB code you specified. Still, if you have something different in mind please direct me to use a "lighter" or a "darker" version, and I'll try.

Thanks Medigraph. The animals look better not so scared, I would like the green to be a little more olive. I am not quite sure about the animals, my husband says they look funny. Maybe tweek them a little more! Also, try several colors for me to view, I don't think the green and purple are working.

Okay, Paula

1) I would like to change the "bird" it looks more like a "duck" to me!
2) Could you try a different dog head? Too, me his ears look a little off and his eyes are different sizes.
3) Colors: can we try a dark purple in the first and third square, and lighter purple in second and fourth square, with PET CARE having the darker color?

Also, try it in a blue
and a green
