A client of mine would like a logo for "Sequatchie Pointe". This is the name they've given the thousands of acres they are going to develop and sell in Tennessee. Their brochure http://www.sequatchiepointe.com/brochure.pdf will give you an idea of what they're marketing. It has some slogans on it that may be helpfull.
I'm not sure if it helps, but Sequatchie is a Cherokee word that means raccoon.
They would like a logo to look professional and good on their Website http://www.sequatchiepointe.com and contracts.

They're not blown away with this. They want something that looks more like mountains, water, or nature. Giving a vacation or mountain living feel.

Thanks for the feedback. I have a question, though: Do you want me to leave the 'racoon' part of the company or do you dislike it? Thank you

I don't think they got the connection with the raccoon... they actually mentioned something about the "snake" below the sun. Making a racoon a part of the logo is not a must.

nhr,
They like the colors etc. They thoght it looked a lot like a road running between two mountains. They want something that looks more like a river bed and maybe a bluff on one side or another instead of two identical mountains.
Thank you :D

I'm sorry to leave you all hanging for a while. My client is deciding (she likes a few of them). I'll push her for some feedback on Monday if she still can't decide. Thanks to you all.
