Just to give some background: We're a newly formed property management group located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We're looking for a logo to set the tone as we place our mark on the Indianapolis metropolitan area. We're a couple of college fraternity brothers (it's how we came up with Excelsior) looking to purchase, rehab and rent condos/homes that need some TLC. Eventually we'd like to get into bigger things, but we need to get our feet wet first!

What type of product or service do you offer?
Excelsior Property Group is a rental property management company.
How long have you been in business?
We are a newly formed company.
What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
We're looking for a brandable identity for our property management group. Something simple, yet bold... professional, yet still fun.
What are your long term goals?
To grow our property management firm into one of the largest in the metropolitan Indianapolis area.
When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?
September 31st, however, we may decide to add more funds and push it back if we like several entries and choose to extend the contest.
What type of logo would you like?
Simple, yet bold... professional, yet still fun. Is that possible?
Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
No, we're open. Brand us!
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
If something is used, something to play on Excelsior? An eagle, a knight?
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?
Bold, fun and professional. I would like our visitors to remember the logo even if they do not choose to rent from us.
What is your tagline or slogan?
We currently do not have one.
What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
Rent from us. Please?
Where will your new logo be used?
It will be used on our website and all of our printed material. Business cards, letterhead, maybe some apparel.
Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?
You name them. Everyone is renting these days. We really aren't worried about competition though.
