1h) What advantages do you expect this project to bring you? A site that clients and prospective clients may visit to learn more about our firm.

Single most is to get a quick accurate picture of our skills. Call to action will be the phone number.
2g) Would you like Flash elements? What are the Flash elements (e.g.: intro, header/banner, menu etc.) that you want in your website? Please describe them.
Not necessarily, but would be interested in options. The site needs to be serious in feeling but we are not averse to flash if it is done well.
2h) What type of look are you trying to achieve? (e.g. clean, high-tech, conservative, warm, neutral, gothic, spiritual, artsy, fun, flashy, etc.).
Clean, conservative, classic legal.

Typical legal pictures. Images that engender respect, comfort, trust etc.

Harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, flsa, overtime, wages, noncompete, retaliation, franchise, breach contract, employer, employee, sexual harassment.

We just need the home page and one or two additional pages within the template design for content etc..
