Home Glance is a Real Estate home search company that allows web visitors to search for homes as well as provide Live Assistance through Push to Talk technology to connect to an agent while searching for a home. Our primary market is catering to Real estate professionals who use our services to provide home search methods on their personal website.

How long have you been in business?
Start Up

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
Typically people are bombarded with Realtors pictures and sign up form sto begin searching for homes. We are the opposite, we focus more on the consumer by makeing it easy to search for homes. Our logo should convey that sense of ease and relaxed nature.

What are your long term goals?
To be the number 1 provider of home search tools for Real Estate agents.

When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer? Quick Deadline: November 18

This logo will ultimately serve two different audiences; 1 people searching for homes and 2 Real Estate Agents


Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like? We are open to ideas and suggestions. Logos that incorporate the text as the logo as well as having a logo itself and the text Home Glance. The logo should really scream Web 2.0 ( see URLS of competitors below). simple, clean and personal.

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?) The color scheme we want is within these colors:
Blue: #799AC8 | Green: #B3CE6A | Light Blue #DBE4F0


Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
nothing exactly.. open to ideas.

What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business? Definitely the Web 2.0 look, will list URLs of competitors below.

Djaka, Thank Your For Getting This Project Rolling!

After looking at your concept with the home, the one thing I noticed is there are so many logos (mortgage companies, realtors, builders) with houses incorporated into the logo that I think it may be difficult to come up with something unique.

Let's try the approach where the logo does not have any house graphics in it, but maybe something to do with Glance or any other graphic theme. Also, the web 2.0 look incorporates Gradients, which would be nice to see, but not required.

Fabian: I like the font...I think. Can you try something different with the Logo itself.. maybe something with the "Glance" theme.

Taldo.. That is definitely web 2.0 with the Skypeish font.. I like the font but would also suggest something with the "Glance" theme for the logo itself.

Eziey- I like the font choice and the glance in the house look, but can we make it to where it does not look like a bird and more like an eye? Great job though

Fabian- Still not to crazy about that one.. I was thinking something a bit more creative... Can you give it another shot... I am not stuck on the Myriad Pro Font either, so have at it.

eziey- I like that one a bit more... I think the home and glance concept need to be incorporated together in order to look at the logo and automatically think, "home glance". I do like the font a bit more prenounced..Do you have more ideas?

thank you for taking a spin off my idea of the eye... Although i am thinking that it probably won't fit the Home Search concept afterall, I don't won't people thinking we're watching them as they search for homes.

Mediagraph, what i am thinking is something very simple. I like the way you added some lines around the Home Glance text, but try something creative with the H and G as the logo with the text Home Glance.. or if you have any of your own ideas, please give it a shot. Thanks!

Splunking- I like the way you incorporated the eye and the house. Don't care for the font at all though. Can you try a different font and maybe incorporate the eye/house design as the A in glance???

Also Carol, can you try the same dots theme from the "o" to the "c" except on a #333333 background and the myriad pro font? both all lowercase and one with H and G Uppercase

Can you make the text of Home white and the Glance be the blue you have been using. The dots can be white to blue

Carol... Ok so far I like what we're doing with the web 2.0 skype looking font... Can you creat a mirrored effect to the version with the S dots in a better resolution and size?

Anyone else have any ideas to come up with using the "Skype web2.0 fonts" with a mirrored effect? I am still looking for some type of logo to go with home glance if anyone has any other ideas?

Thanks for trying Taldo... Can we go back to your version 1... the colors specifically and can we do a mirrored effect below the text. Also, can you take a look at this logo: www.livium.com and try a variation of it with the font you have been using. Please use the exact colors you did for the diamond logo on your version 1.

Also, you wouldn't happen to have the fonts "Bryant Medium Alt" or ITC Ronda would you? If so, can you try the new concept with these fonts choices as well.
