Hey folks,

We provide a service that lets non-geeks create an HTML form without the server/programming/installation knowledge. We just upgraded our form builder wizard with a little ajax lovin', and while it's functional, it ain't pretty!

To try it out:

login: demo@demodemo.com pass: designoutpost

Click on "Edit Questions"

Note: one of the buttons is red/different. That doesn't have to remain different...

If someone wants to take a shot at making the whole thing work better, let me know and we can discuss it. We are HAPPY to pay more if you can improve it a bunch. If you have some usability skills, let's talk!

If that's you, please keep in mind, our users are *not* HTML/internet savvy. Ie. they're not you. One aspect that needs to be fixed someday in this form builder is that we don't have visual examples of what these question types are...

Hey folks,

It looks like we're not offering enough incentive to get this project going. Could a moderator pull it, and keep our deposit as a credit for future postings?

Please and thank you,

I am actually working on this for you. Do you want me to post what I have completed so far?

Here are four buttons that I put together. Two are traditional/sophisticated and the other two are rather different (out there). What direction are you looking to take?

Is this closer to what you're looking for?

Erika,

Thanks for taking the time to put out some entries, but they're not quite what we're looking for. This project didn't generate enough interest to go forwards, so perhaps a mod can set aside $100 of the deposit for a future project, and give $20 to Erika as a thank you for her work. :)
