This company will market IT support services to the SMB market. These services will include evaluation, design, implementation, and support of a variety of information technology solutions.
What text should be included in the main part of the logo?
Endexmicro
How long have you been in business?
startup
What type of logo would you like?
Very clean, and easily reproducible. Fontbased. Maybe even with a detached graphic.
The initial thoughts were to have the name of the company as the logo with some sort of moderate artistic element in the lettering
When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?
Dec. 21 2006
Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
Most of the modern color variants are fine- grey, orange, burgundy, blue.
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
Nothing written in stone. The design can be abstract. If some sort of visual that implies computing or communications can be incorporated then that is acceptable as well
Please describe your existing audience
small to medium office managers/owners
What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
Reliable and trusted business partner- almost always accessible
Where will your new logo be used?
In all marketing in newspapers, phone books, promo materials (cups, shirts, stickers) and business correspondence

Let's just use the name ENDEXMICRO instead of a name/graphic combo.

Mediagraph: Both of your submissions are pretty good. Is there anyway to incorporate an element that implies communications or computer networking?
The miminalist design works well though

djaka:
Can you make the "e" more recognizable in your submission with the "swooping e"? Different color variations would be nice as well

NHR:
The logo with the dots of varying sizes looks good but may not translate well to all the various media on which the logo will be used.
It might be a bit too intricate.
The other submissions are more in tune with what we had in mind. Can you "play around" with the first submission a bit?

djaka:
your first submission minus the graphic is promising as well. The graphic is actually pretty good but the logo requirements have been changed somewhat

it's kind of difficult to see your submissions. How about a few color variations?

Graphxguy-
The logo looks good but does not imply any technical affliation.
Also, please drop the detached image

Fabian:
Can you make the "x" a bit more conspicuous? I am afraid that people will see your submission and think "ende micro"

Skyvee-
Good concept. Can you try a different font? Also try all caps.
