We have a logo (attached Photoshop file) that we like but it needs some "pop" to it. We work in the Radio Frequency Identification Market (RFID). To get an idea of the products/services you can look at www.RFIDSupplyChain.com. This is our sister site. We don't want a techy logo.

Our parent company is "BlueBean" (www.bluebeanrfid.com) and we want to keep that branding going in the attached logo.

What we need is for someone to provide a new logo with the same basic layout but with new fonts, shaddows and the coloring can be brightened/darkened to add that "pop" I mentioned.

We have another 10 webistes with similar names (RFIDPharma.com, RFIDFood.com,...) that will use different colors (the RFID part of the name will still be blue) for each site. We are focused currnetly on getting the logo right for this website "RFIDHealthcare.com".

Offbeat nope it is for print as well. We have to design in vector!

If you want this logo for print work as well (business card as mentioned above) we will need a higher resolution image to work with. Do you have this available?

Offbeat we as designers will need to redraw the image in a vector format.

That would be great. Can you also confirm if you want the bean to be used exactly as is, or if it should be redrawn in iconic form?

I'm not 100% sure what you're looking for, but I'll start off with this approach. I don't think you're looking for anything drasticly different. If you are, please let me know.

Looking for something more then "bold". This is too simple looking.

A "tweak" would usually be a simple variation. Attached is another option. If this is not the kind of thing you're looking for, please post an example of what you are expecting. If it's a complete redesign, please let us know what direction to go in. Thanks.

Looking for more depth to the font. I like the bean in the front

IndyKid

I do not like the thick font. I do like the original two colors. Please provide variations on the depth and feel of the font used. This is not a redesign. Focus on the font and the look and feel of the text. We are looking for a logo that looks buisness professional and not too tecky.

Too much shadowing angle and does not have the "pop" we are looking for

Can you please supply some examples of what you're looking for?

Changes as requested in PM. Let me know if this is what you had in mind. Thanks.

1. Let's go with the font with no shadowing like in Version 1. The shadowing makes the logo look blurry

2. Make the "C" lower care in Healthcare

3. Right justifiy "A BlueBean Company" on top of "RFIDHealthCare.com"

We are getting close...

OffbeatDesign

Here you go...

IndyKid

1. Please change the font & Size of "A BlueBean Company" to what was used at www.RFIDSupplyChain.com (http://www.RFIDSupplyChain.com)

2. "A BlueBean Company" gets noticed before the Tag Line. Please darken the Tag Line and lighten "A BlueBean Company"

Looks good but I have one final question.

Why does the tag line "RFID Solutions for Healthcare" appear to be blurry? Is the font type?

OffbeatDesign
01-03-2007, 10:58 AM
Not sure. Looks okay on my end. See if any of these are better.

IndyKid
01-03-2007, 01:29 PM
We like the third logo (font) but could you fade the tag line a little so the eye does not lock onto the tag line first.

You might want to give me another four different fades to make it easier to evaluate.

Thanks

OffbeatDesign

4 options on the fade

IndyKid
01-03-2007, 02:16 PM
We are done!

We like Logo #4.

Will you be sending me psd or an ai format? I am a first time user so how do we close this project out so I can get the file(s) and you get your payment?

IndyKid
01-03-2007, 02:22 PM
One more question - is "RFIDHealthcare.com" part of the logo also faded? It might be my screen but #4 looks more faded then #1.

OffbeatDesign
01-03-2007, 03:30 PM
The RFID is not faded. Must be a screen issue.

I'm sending you a link to the files in your message board. Once you receive, please post a note here that you have received them.

If you need anything else, please let me know.
