3 years and entering our 4th year as of the spring

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
My Goal is to get my company name out there to increase my client base and total income.

What are your long term goals?
My Long term goal is to become one of if not the largest spray company in my region and to eventually Franchise the company

Audience Profile:
Please describe your existing audience
My current market is people in the age range of 40-80 years of age

Who would you like to add to your audience?
I would like to add people in the 25-39 years of age (mostly younger families) to my market while maintaining my current market

What type of logo would you like?
A Graphic logo including an image and Company Name

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
There are not any Colours that I have in mind at the moment

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
Two images I would like to see incorporated into my logo would be a dragon and a lawn/landscape image whether it's a photo or something a bit more creative

Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?
As far as a company I'm fairly aggressive in my motivation for pricing and work if I do a job it's done right

Competitive Positioning:
Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?
My main Competitors are Weedman and Chemlawn/Greenlawn I'm not a fan of their logo's they don't really stick in your mind when you think of the company they are quite bland. While the logo shouldn't be the company it should be what points you out in a crowd

List competitive URLs if possible
http://www.weed-man.com/index.asp?headinfo=home
http://www.trugreen.com/
http://bobbylawn.com/

What sets you apart from your competitors?
The main things that separate me from my Competitors is my quality of work and I always do what I say I will do. I never do a bait and switch on the services and tell them that's what they Ordered

Targeted Message:
State a single-minded word or phrase that will appropriately describe your company: We treat your lawn as if it were our own

This is the type and colour of truck it would be going on it Tends to be a bit darker in person than in this stock photo.

The Dragon there looks a tad "T-Rex" when I think of dragons myself I usually think of them more along the lines of these

They may be a bit to Robust for a logo but those type of Dragons are what come to mind a little more Fantasy Rather than pre-historic. Something that may treat the lawn like its own personal Treasure

Hi,

Here is one from me :)

http://webs.advance.com.ar/imot/dragon/draonscape1.png

Imot that's much closer to the type of dragon that I tend to think of. I like that he's "protecting" the lawn but at the same time looks like he's going to take a nap maybe something a bit more active looking and a bit less snake like (kind of looks that way because he's laying down).

Thanks for the submission Jennifer

I like the Font style The "wings" surrounding the "flame" of grass is interesting never even crossed my mind to see something like that it kind of reminds me of the Bacardi logo I would prefer to see something with at least an Idenifiable dragon in it however.

Thanks for the submission pracus I like the dragon it's pretty simple yet identifiable maybe include some kind of landscape/lawn element and have him sort of interacting with it. Crazy idea poped into my head last night Dragons breath fire and I spray lawns maybe seeing a dragon cleaning up a weedy/untended area or something

of the small revisions to make while I like how the "D"in dragonscapes is somewhat flowing in the name if it could be capitalized it would better also I's like to see some kind of texture added to it so it isn't so flat maybe pull the Dragon icon a little ahead and give it a bit of a shadow or 3d look and as I pointed out the truck is already green so it if we could find a color to separate it from the truck I think it might work better.
