I am looking for a professional logo for a Consultancy business part of a group of companies. The name of the consultancy business revolves around the primary individual - George Sabados. In fact, the business has a web address of www.georgesabados.com It is connected to GS Roasting - which recently had a logo generated via this site. Please see attached file.
The criteria we are after is that the logo should look sleak, simple, timeless and very professional. The core business of this consultancy is to educate retailers, franchises, wholesalers etc involved in the coffee/cafe sectors in how to turn greater profits through rapid sale growth. It is part practical, part motivational, theoretical and intentional. We prompt our clients to look within to explore the greatness that they hold, and then show them how to apply that in a positive way in their businesses. Our logo can be words only, or be combined with an aspirational image.

I like the initials before the words, yet are not too excited by the italic font. Can we try a cleaner version - by this I mean a version whereby there would be instant recognition by the reader in a split second.

What I mean is that the italic lettering is not easy to read in an instant. Is there another way?

Revisions due to request received via PM: I like this version very much. Can you make the coffee bean look more like the globe (the world) since this business will be global?
