I need a lead generation webpage created that has a similar format and "look" as the pages below:

https://secure.fastauctionprofit.com/ramk/?cd=cash4creatives
https://secure.orderssafe.com/iccv1/index.aspx?cid=2072
http://www.onlineprofitsnow.com/discover/info.aspx?cpgn=5675&scpgn=0&vid=55171&aid=CD103
https://secure0rder.com/offers/?c=s0cem2fds&s=18&p=index&r=
http://www.ezdataentrycareers.com/gw1.php

This page will be "blind", meaning it won't have any company names or slogans on it.

There's also no navigation outside of getting someone to enter their contact information into the fields.

Basically it just needs a graphical header with the headline incorporated into it, a space for a form on the right-hand side and a text area to the left of the form. And this text should be editable in HTML...not an image.

The headline and sub-head that I want incorporated into the header are below:

FREE ONLINE INFORMATION KIT REVEALS:
“How YOU Can Make $1000 (Or More!) Every Week On The Internet WITHOUT a Website...”

WANTED: Motivated Individuals (Who Haven’t Made a Single Dime Online Yet) To Participate In a Limited-Time, Market Test For a Brand-New, Internet-Based Money-Making System

If you couldn't tell, the topic is related to working at home and making money, so coming up with a design theme shouldn't be too hard. (Especially given the examples above.)

The deadline for this project is January 18th, but to be honest I'd like to choose a winner before then if something is finished.

Deliverables:
Finished HTML page with filler text and form fields. (I will add these later.) All original source files in either Fireworks or Photopshop format and all font files.

I'll be watching this forum closely the next few days so if you have questions let me know. I look forward to see your designs.

-Ryan

Ok, here's some feedback...

Will: VERY good first effort. I like the colors and the layout a lot, but I would like to see the image and headline flipped so that the headline is on the left side rather than the right. I realize it may not look as balanced, but the words are the most important part and I want to make sure that they don't get lost.

Also, I'd like to see you try a different image other than a guy in a suit.

Aliska: I'm not a big fan of the color scheme for the first two. It reminds me too much of Christmas colors. The second two, especially the second one with the green background in the form area.

I also like the way you emphasized the headline by puting it in its own box. The only changes I would suggest are making the primary headline a bit larger to it stands out a bit more.

Both are REALLY strong efforts. I may wind up buying more than one if the entries remain this good.

Thank you,
Ryan

I've seen lots of these pages, and they all blur together after a while. Here's something that I think stands out by being simpler and cleaner.

mbleigh: Very nice design. I like the way you broke up the headline and added some variations. I also like the picture of the woman since people (men and women) tend to be more drawn to women then men.

All in all I don't have any negative things to say. If you want to offer up some alternate designs I'm I'd love to see it, but so far this one is the front-runner.

Hi Ryan,

I am working on an entry for you.

Demex (and everyone else planning to enter): Please hurry. I plan to make a decision on Friday and I want to make sure I have time to give you feedback so you aren't entering a "first draft" as a final entry.

I'm obviously happy to receive entries up until the last minute, but to ensure your efforts aren't wasted I suggest all entries come in by Wednesday (tomorrow) at the latest.

That will give me time to offer suggestion and you time to act on those suggestions (if you choose to do so).

Ok gang here's some feedback for the recent posts...

Demex: I appreciate the boldness, but the ultra-bright colors scare me a little bit. It could work or it could crash and burn. For now, I want to keep the look a little more toned down.

That said, I do like the overall layout and design. If you're open to trying another color scheme we may be able to make it work.

Aliska: Very nice addition. Honestly, you guys are making this a very tough decision. I may need to check with DesignOutpost to see how you go about selecting multiple projects.

Hello Ryan,

he he he - yes it is bold. :) Thought it would certainly grab some attention.

Here is a toned down version. If you decide to go ahead with this design, I will provide both the bold and toned down version which could allow you to test the market. :)

Ok, guys, you made this really tough but I have to select a winner, an that winner is mbleigh.

To be honest, I like all the other designs as well, and since this business is all about testing I actually want to check with my partner to see if we can purchase some of the other designs as well for testing purposes.

So, even if you aren't the winner, don't be surprised if you get an email from me enquiring about your design.

NOTE TO DESIGN OUTPOST: If I go this route, I'll make sure to abide by your policies and not cut you out of the process.
