Hello Everyone! Thank you for taking a look! I'm in need of a template for a lawyer friend of mine that is starting a blog... Here are the specifications... enclosed, you can find a mockup i did of the basic layout that i'm looking for...
Also, Please be advised that i do NOT need you to code this into HTML... all i need is a PSD file (fonts used included) thanks

No, but you can just use a nice elegant font saying... "Vasallo Consulting"
1d) Do you have a corporate visual identity (a customized (non stock) logo and color scheme carried out throughout your office, stationery, business cards, etc.)?

1e) What is the nature of your business?: Briefly describe your products or services:
High quality, user friendly, online legal document preparation service.
1f) Who is your target market? Who are you hoping to reach with your site?

Clean and user friendly. Not too flashy, not too conservative. DEFINITELY very professional - somewhat upscale
