Hello design outpost designers!

Having watched your fantastic work on this site for over 9 months has been both inspiring and amazing.

Now it is my turn to see your talents up close. My project for you to consider is a 6 X 9 mailer card, full color, full bleed, two sided.

Our Website - www.peakfloorsolutions.com

Type of Service offered - We clean/restore and seal tile and grout along with natural stone. Recently I have added stone restoration as well, which includes polishing, honing, and grinding of marble, travertine and terrazzo. Travertine and marble have become a lot of my work, so this card can show it.

Existing Audience - This card will be for the residential homeowner housewife. I need this card to resonate most with the female of the household.

Goal of the mailer card – Catch the potential customers attention to a beautiful floor and how their floor may have looked at one time. Now it is time to call the experts and have their floor or shower look just as good. Maybe they have scratched and dull marble or travertine and want it made to look great again. This card will be mailed by us to homes in subdivisions that we have worked in or in close proximity of. This will be very targeted marketing to select homes because of the surfaces that are in those homes. An additional benefit of the card will possibly direct homeowners to the website, maybe even to submit for a quote.

Deadline - February 2nd or earlier if possible

Colors - Not particular to any. Free flowing card with most of the information on the back.

Taglines - A few might be something like "Restore your floor", "We were working around the corner.." "Remember when?.." "Remember how it used to look", "we were working in the neighborhood", “Travertine and Marble Experts” . I am very weak in this regard, but you have the latitude to try out something that you might think will be great. Go for it!

Testimonials - If you think they are needed or appropriate then I can supply them.

General Notes - Please check out my website. I am relying on both your design and marketing knowledge with this card. You can use any pretty stone floors you may have on file as well. Use your thoughts and remember that housewife.

Peak Floor Solutions is one of metro Atlanta's premier restoration and maintenance companies for all natural stone surfaces and Saltillo (Mexican Pavers) tile. Added to that fact we are Tile and Grout cleaning experts as well!

Printing Guidelines -

I will be using 48hourprint.com for the printing.

Here are their guidelines or I am sure you are familiar with their requirements.
http://48hourprint.com/Default.aspx?tabid=1586&page=guideline-templates

The only thing I ask is that you send me a PDF of the completed project so I can view it on my cp.
300dpi for photos I believe.

Thank you for considering this project, it will mean a lot to my business going forward!

Thanks for getting us started Victor! (was beginning to get a little worried)

A little too clean. Would like to see more motion on the front.

NOTE: Designers you can change the colors of the logo it you like. As a matter of fact it does not have to be prominent in the design, it can be more subtle.

Thanks again for getting us started Victor!

Thanks for the updates Vic!

I definitely like the second with more color. Can we incorporate the polishedmarble picture on the front?

Also, I do not want to promote carpet, antislip, pool decks, patios with this card.

First item under Solutions will be Natural Stone Restoration (on the front)

Typically the customer has issues with their travertine and marble. Usually they complain about scratches and dullness and want it fixed.

Thanks and cheers back at ya!

Thanks Vic,

Under Floor Solutions lets go with

Natural Stone Restoration
Tile and Grout Cleaning
Sealing and Color Staining
Shower Enclosures
Residential and Commercial

Something is striking me funny and I do not know how to say it. Maybe it is like the lady is looking through me? Kind of freaking me out some.

I wonder if it would look better with the logo colors changed a bit similar to the website.

Need to add website direction as well.

Will any other designers like to enter as well?

Thanks so much,
Bruce

I am sorry designers, I have had to fly to the midwest and take my mother to a series of doctors.

Looking forward to seeing more designs to possibly spark some ideas for me.

Will extend the deadline to Feb 7th!

Vic,

The Floor Solutions in logo looks like it needs enlarged.

Hi Bruce,

Here is the revision :)

Front of card:

a) Please remove the lightened banner across the middle.

b) Add a (10% off all services) splash in one of the upper corners. With an asterisk, then on back use asterisk and say 10% off all services when this card is presented.

On the Back of the card, I would like to put more information.

a)something like See more photos of our work at www.peakfloorsolutions.com

The paragraph on back should read:

b) Peak Floor Solutions is the one to call when your tile or stone need care. Peak’s processes will eliminate dirt, grease, and buildup from your surfaces. Soap residue, mold and years of wear and tear are no match for our cleaning expertise. Scratched or dull marble and travertine are restored by honing and polishing to bring back their original beauty.

c) Possibly make better use of the back by making the mailing area smaller

Thanks Imot!

Just super Imot!

Two questions:

Can we make the marble and travertine (on front) more bold ?

And can we cleanup the lines through the bottom photo on back.
