Deliverables:
We are looking to create a back drop and two supporting signs for exhibiting at franchise/business expo’s. Guidant is the nations leader in franchise funding solutions. For an example of two designs we like: http://www.guidantfinancial.com/documents/misc/Expo2.pdf - it also has two mock ups I did in publisher for fun.

Information:
1. What is the single purpose of the expo?
Attract attention – and drive people to stop at our booth and talk to us.

2. Size;
The main backdrop is 8 ft by 8ft with the two supporting signs…being 7 ft by 2.5 ft wide.

Back Drop – should be about Guidant. Industry leader, fastest fundings….etc. SEE THE LINK. I HAVE TWO EXAMPLES AT THE END.

Two side call outs? – Unsecured Loans / 401(k) Fundings

See our site for more info on who we are: www.guidantfinancial.com

Profile the target audience.

1. Who is the target?
Entrepreneurs looking to buy a business - - or investors looking to diversify their portfolio outside the stock market and into more secure and lucrative investment opportunities.

2. What do they care about?
Secure investment opportunities, sound financial choices, and ways to gain business success.

3. Choose a typical user and profile in detail. Include occupation, age range, gender, and any other relevant information. Profile more than one if applicable.
Guidant’s client demographic profile rank at the top in many financial categories: investing in futures and options, owning mutual funds and U.S. Savings Bonds, and acquiring first mortgages worth over $150,000. They also boast retirement accounts containing a well diversified mix of options, stocks and mutual funds. When it comes to managing their money they put their faith in the pros, exhibiting high rates for using asset managers, estate planner and full-service brokers. These 34- to 54-year-old suburbanites have more children than any other segment. No segment has more college-educated residents, and they enjoy an energetic lifestyle, traveling around the world, shopping at high-end department stores, owning SUVs and enjoying pricey sports like skiing and tennis. Not surprisingly, their favorite media include business and airline magazines, which they read at the highest rate in the nation.

perception/tone/guidelines

1. How do you want your target audience to respond to your banner ads?
We want these to spark curiosity as most people will not be aware that individuals can use retirement funds to purchase a business or invest outside the stock market. We also want them to consider unsecured loans as a source of business capital.

communication strategy

1. What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
Guidant Financial Group is a non-traditional investment company which allows individuals to utilize their retirement funds to invest in real estate, purchasing a business, or other non-traditional investments. The elements Guidant wants to portrait are; Secure, high quality, and a sound financial institution.

2. What are the key reasons why the target user chooses your company's products and/or services?
Service, value, professionalism do more business than all competitors combined.

competitive positioning

1. How you are different from your competition and the factors which will make you a success?
With Guidant’s program, individuals can use their retirement funds, without taking a distribution, paying fees, or incurring debt.
