Hi,

If you haven't done so already, you'll need to apply first here (http://www.designoutpost.com/apply.htm). After that, it's all a matter of waiting for an official invitation email from one of the site administrators. The selection process can sometimes take a while, as they're constantly sifting through a stack of applications, and only the best are invited.
