We have the logo we are going to use for our website and identity--we are a WA real estate company that does something innovative: we commission share, meaning we give up to 2/3 of our commission paycheck back to our Buyers as tax free cash. i.e. on a $350K home purchase that could be $7,000 tax free to our client (www.moneybackbuyer.com). This website will be updated to integrate with the buss card design we decide on (we'll do that).
Attached is the logo, we wanted it to be clean and simple, but on a white buss card there's too much white space, it looks too plain.
So we need a modern but proffesional way of integrating it onto a buss card...remember we're in real estate, so we can't get so far away from the "Windermere, John L Scott, Remax's" looks that people will be turned off or think we're unprofessional. Maybe about a 30% departure from the traditional looks (but we're open to anything if it ultimately looks polished). Go to Windermere.com etc to see the more traditional looks.
We will be also creating real estate signs etc from the theme of the buss card (colors used etc) which will possibly be up for bid if we get something we really love (18x24").
This is our first time posting a project, so please let us know what's needed for clarification etc

Hey there, this is Chris, Faith's hubby. I dig what you've done thus far. We're definately liking the red line on the biz cards.

I want to talk about he signs though. We're needing to change the width to 30". The 24" makes the logo too small. I am thinking of having a depth of either 18" or 24". Go to http://www.signpros.net/signshop/shopdisplaycategories.asp and look at Remax's sign, they've got the 18" depth. We are leaning toward version #1 on the sign, but switch the red with the yellow lines on the sign.

Also, can you make a sold sign? 6 x 24.

And, we need an open house sign, 24x24.

You can see what other cos do at signpros.

Last, we're doing everything in arial and our website is in verdana, does design outpost have website people that could help with the site. I am really loving everything you're doing and want the feel of the fabric to translate to the website more. Any ideas?

Lutfi, on the sold sign, we're thinking of having the word sold on the left side, maybe in red, put the smiley in the O. www.moneybackbuyer.com on the bottom. On the right Our Client's Rebate, with the words stacked on top of each other. In the upper middle of the sign, dominating, we want a line with a dollar sign on the left.

The original PSD files with layers is all I have...I could go back to him and ask him to beef it up to the size needed and deliver it EPS--what specs would I give him for you?

No. 1 is based on Version # 1 24x24" but All of line bar is yellow.
No. 2 is 24x24" Open house sign.
No. 3 is 18"x30" that you have been suggested. Logo is bigger.
No. 4 is 6x24" Sold Sign. I give you 2 color bar for your consideration.

The master logo that Faith sent to this project maximum only for 24 inch.
If I resize to 30" it will broken the quality.

We need to incorporate the words a Family First Real Estate co. somewhere on each document (not the sold or directionals though), inconspicuous as possible. Maybe even in the bleed line on the bottom right of each piece?

Open House sign is great, we need one for me and one for jackson with our cell phone #s on it. Maybe grow the word open a bit?

On the main sign, we need the lines to be in red and the middle one in yellow, let's see what that looks like. I am also thinking we should remove the word exclusively altogether. Maybe move the logo down a bit and also shrink it, seems like there's not enough white.

As for the sold signs, I think the yellow lines are best because it makes the sold word pop more. As for the rebate, we've got to have an area to write or place the rebate amount on the piece, something at least say 8 inches long and 4 inches tall. Since we don't have a phone # on this one I want the web address to be very prevelant.

How about some directional signs maybe house for sale with the smiley face in one of the O's, 9 X 24". see windermere's directional signs on signpros.net, just add it to my bill.
