I need a sophisticated/cute looking logo for my business cards, letterhead. I would like 2-3 colors that also can translate to black and white for ads. I have been using a temporary business card with a photo of a very cute dog. It should be attached for viewing. House sitting and pet sitting for dogs and cats is my specialty, also daily dog walking. Someone suggested having a dog sitting on a house. (house sitting get it?) :D I want something clever. I am very excited about this contest after viewing all of the other wonderful artwork from the other contests.

Hi Kimber,

I like the subtle roof of the house but the rest is a little too cutesy. I guess I'm looking for something a little more slick. Keep at it. Thanks

Hope I wasn't too blunt with my comments, that was not my intention. I really like your logo, the colors, the dog and cat, I guess I just want to see some more options.

It's your logo, and I'm sure you'll know what it is when you see it.

When you say you want a symbol, do you mean an abstract symbol?
Or do you want more of a trademark or tradecharacter? Also would you prefer the text to be contained in a seal combined with the "symbol" or would you like them as seperate elements?

Hi Bill,

I like your design however I need the letters to be a little more legible and maybe a little smaller. Also, I would like to add the daily dog walking part to the tag line. It also seems a little too blue to me. Maybe the letters/outhouse could be a different color. I like the outhouse a lot but I wonder if clients may think it a little crude, I don't, but some people might.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the quick changes. :D I like the first modified version you sent however, I'm not sure I like the pink color. The font is pretty good maybe we can try something with some gray. Trying not to spend a fortune printing. Can we try another version with something other than the outhouse? I like it, but want to see some other ideas.

Hi,

I like the dog and the phone and I like the Nature Calls all one color. The letters and the tag line look great. Can we try something that is not a amimated image?
Maybe some line art of a cat and a dog? Not sure if that makes sense. I want to be able to easily print this out in black and white. Can we try something that is just black and white, both name and image, working with tones? Thanks.
