Ideas you Have
I really like the idea of having the logo letters "count.net" incorporated this style web counter

Maybe have a one of the letters half rotated as if it was going up.
Please also come up with your own stuff this is just an Idea :)

Do you have any colours in mind for your logo?
White Background other than that colours are up to you.
Nothing too dark

I need this asap so I may close early for something REALLY special.
