**** Part 3

We need the actual CD this is what we will use to print the CD's

Just so you understand, these will be CD's not DVD's we are just putting the CD's into
DVD cases.

The design will always be the same just change the title to match the 8 above and the 2 below.

***** Part 4

We will be adding 2 bonus CD's to the above 8 so if you can give us a variation of the main design with maybe a red line going across the top corner or something with the words CASHING IN CD #1 and CASHING IN CD #2 on a copy of the CASE, the CD and The Binder in the final delivery package that would be great.

So just to be clear all the above are based on teh same main CD design, just the titles and such will change on the cd's and case covers.

Please let me know if you have any questions at all!

Hi.. What file format do you expect for the final design?
..and how many files that will be?..
I'm a bit confused.. :D

Sorry I guess it is a little hard to understand the way I wrote it!

This will all be based on 1 design, and here is what it will include.

** 1 turned edge binder based on the included template

** 10 CD's - these will all be the same design and have the main product
title and tag line on it. The only difference in them will be 8 will have
the CD title on them such as

CD 1 An Introduction To Camtasia
CD 2 Recording To Your Desktop With Camtasia
etc... as seen on the titles above.

and 2 of the 10 CD's will have a red line with white text showing they are
the bonus CD's 1 and 2 as listed above under ***** Part 4

So I assume this is easy to just cut and paste the new title to a copy of the original template of the cd... If I am mistaken please let me know.

** 10 DVD style Amaray case covers-

these will all be the same design and have the main product
title and tag line on it. The only difference in them will be 8 will have
the CD title on them such as

CD 1 An Introduction To Camtasia
CD 2 Recording To Your Desktop With Camtasia
etc... as seen on the titles above.

And also the text on the back of each case as in my post above for each
case.

and 2 of the 10 CD's will have a red line with white text showing they are
the bonus CD's 1 and 2 as listed above under ***** Part 4

Again I assume this is easy to just cut and paste the new title and back text to a copy of the original template of the cd... If I am mistaken and my prize is way to low for this please let me know.

Format will be Adobe Illustrator however I will need one copy of the main flat image from the binder in jpg

Hi..
Thanks for the info.. now it's clearer now..
So, I guess the final design file can be photoshop file - 300 dpi.. or hi-res .TIFF
I recently created something similar to this.. if you interested to see what its looks like, I can email that to you.. (I can't post it here).. just PM me your email address...

Btw, perhaps putting the printer's web address will be useful for the designers to see the file-specs...

..also files/images/photos/logo or anything to put on the design.. just attach to the original brief... :)

Just got this back from my printer- they do not have this on their website so hopefully this is not to vague..

We like images to be at 300 resolutions Type as vector type.

We can accept files from almost any design software, Photoshop, Quark, we prefer Illustrator.

We can accept high res. PDF but it is good to send supporting files in case we need to make adjustments, minor ones on our end.

3 days and no interest from anyone?

Maybe my 1st post made this look like more work then it actually is!

I need only

1 binder cover based on our template

1 CD

1 DVD Amaray case cover

All based on the same design!!!

Yes there are 10 CD's and DVD's but they are all the same cover.. If just retitling each of these from the template to my 10 CD's seems like too much work just give your design based on only the ONE copy of the template with "Place Holder Text"

I can make the additional copies with the proper text if you do this for me in Ai format.

I placed a due date of the 6th on this because that is the latest I need it by, however I certainly do not have until the 6th to discover no one is interested in this project.

If you are interested and working on something please post a message so I will know.

I am starting to feel like I need to look somewhere else to make sure I have this by the 6th!

Yikes!!

hi.. i'm sure that the designers will post their design for you.. i guess the prize and amount of works make it less interesting.. 'coz this looks many task to do..

Version # 1 for Binder Front Cover.
Any comments will be appreciated.

If just retitling each of these from the template to my 10 CD's seems like too much work just give your design based on only the ONE copy of the template with "Place Holder Text"

I can make the additional copies with the proper text if you do this for me in Ai format.

Questions:
• What Adobe Illustration version do you use? As far as I know, If I design using Adobe Illustrator CS, the text place holder will be broken if you open with previous Adobe Illustrator (8to10).

Thankyou,
LutFi.

Thank you for your submissions so far- it looks like two more are coming so I am waiting to see those.

To be honest I am not thrilled with anything so far, but I will be selecting something for sure because I am on a deadline with my printer.

I really want something very catchy that just screams you are going to make cash with this course! To show you the style I mean see www.plrtips.com

Also I assumes everyone knows but camtasia records video of your computer screen creat for doing video tutorials on how to use software etc... so film is really not relevant..

Maybe cash and a Ferrari coming out of a computer screen or something... I dunno-- be creative just have it scream you will learn how to make cash using Camtasia with this course!

Also I have never use Ai before, someone asked what version I have.. it is CS 3

I don't know if it helps but I heard it may be easier to do the background images in Photoshop and then just transfer it into Ai to do the text, so the text will stay crisp for printing..

Thanks and good luck!

Now were talking!!! these are looking much better, I may even have a hard time deciding now!

Jon, can you show me a copy of your v1 with the font from v3-

Vic still looking your design over and waiting for my partner to see it!

Thanks-
Jeremy

Thanks to everyone that submitted a design

Jon-

I am liking your v4- I just wanted to make sure this would be in 300dpi Ai format and that you got everything above about this being for the binder, the dvd covers, and the cd faces.

Also you will provide a copy of the fonts correct?

Please confirm that with me and once you do we can declare you the winner...

Also there will be a few small edits such as the bottom text bigger but I assume we do that in the revisions forum.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Thanks Jon,

Just wanted to make sure we were on the same page. So you are the winner...

The only change is I wanted to make the text on the bottom of the front bigger.

Also on the back in the copyright please add the url www.CamtasiaCashSecrets.com

On the final files for the inside of the covers on the binder please use the same layout as what you have on the back but no text.

Let me know if you have any questions at all, and thank you!!

Best,
Jeremy

Hi Jon,

Sorry I am not sure if I am supposed to post this
in a PM of on the forum so I did both!

Wow- that was a big upload, I actually only needed
one copy of the binder not 8 as there is only one
binder in the set, I am pretty sure I mentioned that,
sorry if my instructions were confusing!

Just a few things I have questions on.. and a small change

On the dvd cases and binder can you add
Jeremy Burns' and the Main logo to the spine-

On the DVD cases it looks like the cash image
overlaps into the spine, if it does please make it
so it does not, or so it does not so much since we
will now have text on the spine.

I thought we were going to have
the money going all the way across the inside of the binder, or is maybe that the photo it is telling me we are missing?
I'll tell you about that below.

I think that is really the only edits I need..
everything looks great.

When opening the CD's they all say
"Could not find the linked file "cd_photo.tif". to
locate the missing file, Replace to select another
file, or ignore to leave the file unchanged.

Am I missing a file or is this normal and I just do not know
what I am doing with Ai? ;-)

The CD's do not have the cash in the middle of them is this why
or did you leave them white in the middle intentionally?

They look nice white I just was not sure..

Same thing when I open the DVD cover or binder files it says
it can not find "photo.jpg" is that ok or am I missing something?

Oh yeah one more thing just remembered-

I mentioned I needed 1 jpg of the front of the binder...
I unfortunately do not know how to save a jpg like this
out of aI.

And lastly- I also mentioned I have 2 additional CD's in the bid request it was at the bottom, here is a copy and paste of it.

***** Part 4

We will be adding 2 bonus CD's to the above 8 so if you can give us a variation of the main design with maybe a red line going across the top corner or something with the words CASHING IN CD #1 and CASHING IN CD #2 on a copy of the DVD CASE, a copy of the CD in the final delivery package that would be great.

--- since the images already have a red on them, we do not have to do that, just something to make these 2 CD's and
their cases stand out from the rest.

That should do it.. Thank you again..

Again keep in mind since you are having a bandwidth issue
you only need to upload 1 copy of the Binder, One of the
DVD cover and then the **Part 4 stuff so it should be only
a small upload nothing like last time ;-)

I can edit the text parts... I just do not know how to change
layouts!!

I usually use photoshop this is my 1st experience with Ai
since my printer needed these done in it!

I really need these back ASAP, my printer is waiting on me ;-)

Thank you!!
Jeremy

Jon-

Thank you so much for taking care of that so fast!

Super work we are thrilled with your covers and hope
to be able to work with you again,

Next time we will just do one of each piece and we will change
the text!! I didnt realize how big these files would be..

Admin please consider this finished and pay Jon, he did a great
job for us!

Best Regards,
Jeremy
