I just wanted to take a minute to give due credit to both designoutpost.com and your designers—with special credit to Elogonics!
The Helicopter Engineers & Pilots Association, Canada (HEPAC) logo was not an easy one to concept due to four distinct elements that we needed included.
Your designers worked hard to drum up some very clever concepts, and we appreciate their creativeness, timeliness, and willingness to help out start-up, non-profit organizations like ours, where there's little to no budget to begin with!
We ultimately went with Elogonics' concepts, which caught our attention from his very first post! He so graciously worked on that concept—churning out atleast 12 versions, if I remember right!—to get it where we needed it to be. And he never complained once! Not even through the file exchange where I was fairly demanding in anticipation of all future web and print media reproduction needs we might run into.
You're a true professional, Elogonics! I'm guessing you're not going to be an "apprentice" here long at all! And I'm keeping you on my Rolodex as a designer I like to work with! (You poor guy! :D)
Thanks for everything and I wish you all the success in the world with your logo-design career!
My best, TQN
