Treat Elements

One small Flash animation and a rollover gif needed for www.treatcard.co.uk homepage to replace the two black dummy areas – at the top and where it says ‘press quotes line’.

Colours, fonts etc. must match the existing site EXCEPT = The text in the Top Banner on the site and its formatting, effects etc. SHOULD BE IGNORED – it is just dummy design to fill the space.

Top Banner - Flash

We need a very simple text effects to show the following in three ‘frames’. Ie. Use an effect to display the first message – hold for a few seconds – then get rid of the first message and bring in the second – hold for a few seconds etc.

It needs to be classy and easy on the eye – we want to focus on the message not fancy effects.

(1) “Does half price dining at the UK’s finest restaurants make your mouth water?”

(2) “Treat yourself – choose from hundreds of free meals and enjoy massive hotel, lifestyle and entertainment discounts.”

(3) “Treat yourself every time you go out – click here to join today.”

Press Quotes Line – Gif with Rollover

Change this to “Click Here – Join Now”
Make it fit the site stylistically.

Hi,

You are almost there. Could you:

1) The font should be changed to match the font used in the red left hand buttons - or use Arial.

2) The background colouring is perfect.

3) It is a bit too basic - it needs a little sparkle - or slightly more jazzy effects.

4) The second 'frame' looks awkward due to the length of wording. Can we split it over two 'frames' like so:

a) Treat yourself – feast on hundreds of 2 for 1 and half price meals.

b) Treat yourself - enjoy massive hotel, lifestyle and entertainment discounts.

5) Underline or emphasis 'click here - join now' and change 'now' to 'today'.

Thanks for your help.

Henri

Hi,

Maybe it's a bit too 'flash' but the following definitely needed:

1) Match background colour from Christian above.
2) Change it to four frames instead of two. The second 'frame' looks awkward due to the length of wording. Can we split it over two 'frames' like so:

a) Treat yourself – feast on hundreds of 2 for 1 and half price meals.

b) Treat yourself - enjoy massive hotel, lifestyle and entertainment discounts.

3) Underline or emphasis 'click here - join now' and change 'now' to 'today'.

Then just tone it down slightly.

Thanks,

Guy

Hi. You got it. Could you please email the files to henri@tri.eu.com and also michael@tri.eu.com. Many thanks. We'd be grateful if we could keep a copy of any originals in case we need to edit them in future. Thanks Christian. And thanks to the other designers.
