Hello,

I am looking to have a custom WordPress template designed for our blog: www.realestatetoolbox.com. The winner will need to deliver the code and make sure it is installed over at the site before the project shall be considered complete.

This should be a pretty fun project for someone as I have a few ideas but what i am really looking for is a creative concept.

We sell a high end training course to Realtors as well as a membership site. Our entire business is focused on training marketing systems for Real Estate Agents. Our blog is an important part of us communication and we are looking for a creative design to upgrade the site that is already there. the theme is obviouslt a "toolbox" so to speak so implementing some kind of toolbox in the design is important.

Our company colors can be found here: www.realmarketingpros.com and we would like to keep the general colors, other than that, please take it and run.

Hi Brian,

I may be able to shed some light on why this project has not taken off for you.

Most of the design team members here can code HTML, but there are only a handful that can code CSS, and manipulate PHP as would need to be done to theme Wordpress as required in your brief.

I am certain that you can get several 'designs' to choose from if you can do the theming yourself, or hire someone directly after you choose a design to theme it for you.
