Hi,

We are looking for a logo for our new company. The company name is Open by Us. We hold open houses for real estate agents who are too busy to hold them their selves. We also post all open houses on our website where the public can view them and get directions.

We don't want to see anything playful or cartoonish; we would like it to portray professionalism and trust.

Thank you,

Stephanie

Thank you for the first submission. I like the open doors, however with two of them it looks like an invitation. Perhaps with one it would just look like an open door/house.

Thanks again,

Stephanie

v1 Inspired by the "Open House" yard signs. After seeing the logo in purple and yellow I like the original colors better. Can I see it with a border around the entire logo?

Thanks,

Stephanie

Sure.

Just so you're aware, 2738 is definitely a purplish color too. Like a deep blue violet. I love it and use it in one of my personal logos, but it doesn't always come across as purplish onscreen.

Hi, here's my revision. =)

Creative rationale:
In terms of color psychology, blue represents stability and dependability. That's why many financial institutions have their logos in blue. Green represents growth and friendliness. :) The solid door frame signifies structure, giving a feeling of solidity, and the open door is a symbol for new hopes, new places, new perspectives, as well as an open invitation to take a look.

We like the border; how would they look if we rounded the corners We would like to have you try some different colors. Some of the comments from the other designers suggest blue and green represent stability and dependability and growth and friendliness.
We plan on using this for literature and business cards as well; how would we incorporate the logo on a business card with our contact information?

Thanks

Thank you for the revision. I still feel like it looks to much like an invitaion. Could you remove the door all together and make the center of the logo look more like the door and leave the colors and the lettering the same?
Thank you.

Here's the rounded corners.

I used blue and green, however, I prefer to use somewhat unconventional schemes, especially for real estate and finance since those areas tend to see the same colors for so many businesses and you can utilize color to make your company stand apart from the crowd.

OK, it's easiest for me to do these on separate canvas for each color combo.

Jennifer,

Can you add a tag line under below Open By and under the arrow?

opening the door to you real estate solutions

I'm having a very difficult time deciding on colors. I really like version 16 but everyone thinks it look to cold and uninviting. It just really needs to "pop" on a directional lawn sign while looking very professional on print and the web. HELP!!

Hi,

See if any of these color combos appeal to you.

The issue is that blue and lilac are normally cool colors.

We could pair the blue (or purple) with another warmer color, like an orange or certain greens.
