Need a logo for it. Hope you can help. Company is a search engine management company geared towards the real estate industry.

NHR VERSION 1:

Like the idea, is there a way to make a little more detail in the house w/out taking away from the "cog" and "flywheel" concepts you have. Like the multiple color concept, but not crazy about the colors you've chosen. Maybe something with a little more POP. "a la Google"

Another nice idea. Can you tame down the word FACTORY. Is it possible to have the ".com" below, perhaps next to the magnifying glass/flywheel.

I think both of you are on the right track, would just like to see something with a little more color pop. Can you think of any more ideas?

Can you mix the lime green and blue like version 1. My wife liked the way .com was taken off on the dot of the "I" like version 1. I really liked those colors!

Just met with my staff...a few suggestions:

1) The focus of our business is driving leads to customers. Can we focus on the word leads as opposed to factory.

2) Is it possible to have a house--think of the "yin-yang" face. Two tone colors (lime green & blue), the color is divided in a circular way with the flywheel concept. The magnifiying glass captures the lime green portion and overlays on top to complete the image. I sure wish I could draw and sketch it out for you....

Getting closer to making a decision on who to go with. I really appreciate all your help.

2 designs stand out at this time. NHR's V2.1 & 2.2

--My focus group things that it's too busy with all of the cogs, wheels, and the person inside the magnifying glass. I think it's genious, but on the other hand, I know all of the elements. Can this concept be simplified, and still capture what's needed. I like the person in the magnifying glass, it gives it the "we're finding leads for you" If it could just be simplified some as to not look too busy.

The other standout to my focus group was V1 of Logoholiks. They liked the simplicity of it and thought that the cog w/the house was great. They also said that it would look better with some sort of shadow/reflection casted down from the text.

More concepts are welcome please.

Thanks to everyone for your submission. NHR--you are a very strong designer, and I loved the logos on your website. The team just thought that this particular logo took too much thinking to figure out. I happened to like it very much. Everyone kept telling me that "less was more".

Logoholik is the design that the focus group has gone with! I don't know what to do from here. There are a few minor changes that we can work through.

The group suggested 2 small changes:

1) V4 is the color combination we'll use
2) Make the cog black with a blue house/white windows
3) Make the cog black with a white house/blue windows

Then we'll go from there.
