Symmetry, LLC, is a full-service healthcare staffing and consulting firm specializing in providing healthcare facilities with practical solutions to their nursing and allied health staffing challenges. We provide a full-suite of innovative staffing services that reduce our client’s overall cost of operations while ensuring first rate customer service.

Symmetry specializes in the ability to provide a unique balancing effect on a health care facility’s typical peaks-and-valleys approach to nurse and allied health staffing. No matter what their internal philosophy, Symmetry can provide a solution package to meet the facility’s needs. Symmetry can implement short-term supplemental staffing solutions in the form of high quality, travel and local per diem nurse staffing and Vendor Management System (VMS) implementation, or it can partner with an organization to implement longer-term, sustainable staffing solutions focused on recruitment, retention and internal shift management. Symmetry’s ability to balance and combine these varied approaches provides the ultimate cost-savings opportunity for healthcare facilities, regardless of their size or geographic location.

As for the logo, trying to convey:

- a feeling of calm, or steadiness ("Symmetry")
- That we provide a balance or “leveling effect” to the peaks and valleys of staffing
- The high quality of the staff we provide
- our first rate customer service

Important: looking for simplicity in reproduction, acceptable logos could include the word "Symmetry" (main) with “Healthcare” or "HealthStaff" as sub-title. Blue or Green family of color preferred, but not mandatory. Need all standard formats upon completion, copyright transfer required. Contest end date is 9/22/07 at 11:00 a.m. EST Good Luck!

Double "S", each of which is others' mirror symmetric, forming a heart in the middle. Both S are also forming a person, which can be visualized as protecting this heart. :)

I like the people, could you try them without the cross and or modify the cross a little. I would like to see different fonts as well. Thank you. :)

PM from client: Could you make the "s" stand out a bit more and perhaps make the circles smaller-also I'd be interested in seeing this logo on the side of Symmetry vs. on top of it, thanks.

Elogonics, Bleesseville, Pracas, Johnson, Offbeat, and Taldo (latest one) are on the right track. Remember blue/green was initially suggested as a "family" of colors for the logo, not that they both must be used in the logo, but that seems to be what everyone's submitted. Good luck everyone.

Taldo, can you move the logo to thge left of the text in the latest one?

Hi, here is a design that uses a medical symbol in a humanized manner. The distinctive colour scheme was chosen to represent health and vitality.

BlueCherryGraphics
09-20-2007, 07:23 PM
v2 I used calm, professional colors, but contrasted those w/a more accessible font to represent the personal touch/customer service aspect. Also have a stylized health cross as the icon (which alludes to a butterfly representing metamorphosis in the way of doing business)
