What type of product or service do you offer?
We are a newly started software company, who offers an administrative tool for registration, administration and invoicing of translation missions. Translator Companions contains a registration/dispatching module and an invoicing (issued/received) module as well as a tool for in depth analysis of the user’s activities. It would be great, if the logo also could illustrate this range of possibilities.
How long have you been in business
We are not in business yet. We will be in business by the end of the year.
What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
We want to look professional and reliable and specially with an edge that shows that we offer the means for a non-professional administrator to create a comprehensive analytical tool which can even serve as input to a full fledged bookkeeping system.
What are your long term goals?
Our long term goal is to make Translators' Companion the first of a series of companions targeted to translators and/or translation agencies in the EU. Additional modules designed to solve specific problems within this customer group will be developed.
When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?
Our homepage will be released this fall, but we would like to add the logo as fast as possible for customers with preview access.

Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?
This is an entirely new concept, analytical bookkeeping at the source. This fact plus its availability in two versions: on-premise software or SaaS (Software as a Service) means we have currently no competitors.
