Hi giant, I like the idea- but am not really crazy about the V.

When I said I like black and gold, I was presuming the gold would be on a black background. Gold looks lost on the the white.

Logohiek, I like the second one-- however the funny thing is it is almost a carbon copy of the logo we currently use.

On your third submission, I like the effort with the V but im not crazy about it, and I dont like the font.

logoholic, the one with the V is not bad-- but I think if the V component was of a different font.. not the same as the VALENTE.

Also I think the letters are too tight together.

After looking at the Creative 6 Media thread-- and seeing all the great logos you guys came up with there, I think I may have been too narrow and specific with my ideas for the logo.

I think you have an idea now what I'm looking for-- but I will not limit the colours any more.

I really want to come up with an interesting "V" idea-- your ideas in creative 6's thread were awesome.

If you have any other ideas for my logo, I am prepared to look at anything.

castel, just not what im looking for-- i dont like the crest idea\

blessville-- nice idea i like the font -- however do not love the V -- its too big and takes up too much space.

unorthodox-- i really dont like the criss crossing "V"s

logoholic-- i really like that design i like the font and love what you did with the middle "E" if you can make a nice "V" for a top component i would probably **LOVE IT**

giant-- i dont like the design component -- i would rather an interesting "V"-- the other one with the V extension i really dont like

xpressions i like where your going with it-- however the 3 "V" component is too long.

REALLY LIKE LOGOHOLICS, with the curve in the "E" -- however would like to come up with a "V" icon component as part of it.

EXPRESSIONS: Really like the lettering, and kind of like the V-- would like to see how it looks beside the VALENTE... and if you have any other ideas for the "V" would love to see them

NHR: *love* the font... however not competely loving the boxed "V" idea.

DONT BE AFRAID TO INTRODUCE ANOTHER COLOUR INTO THE LOGO if you think it would help. I really think everones here is very talented and Im sorry I havent found one I really liked yet.

This one is really nice, but the symbol -- really doesn't leave me with the impression that its a "V"

Also, can you show how it would look on a white background for newsprint??

And try a line on the top and bottom of the DEVELOPMENT CORPORTION.

I hate to say it, but I dont like the V.

I think a more angulared approach, rather than the scriped format would appeal to me more.

I also think that the logo lacks something, maybe another colour.

I really took alot of time digesting it, and tried to convince myself to live with it the way you designed it, but I am sorry to say I really don't think I can.

If you have any more ideas, I would love to see them, Im sure its frustrating for you but I want to be happy with my decision.

"V" arrow can be broken out for use as an icon

Let me reiterate.

I like the font that NHR came up with for the VALENTE.

I just need a good design for the "V" that I can live with. Another colour to the design is an option.

Basically the whole logos boils down to the "V" I dont want a script. I want something that is classic/strong looking. It doesnt have to be in a font, I'd rather it be a design. I liked the boxed idea that NHR came up with--- but I just dont like the scriped "V"

Peter, i have no problem with finalizing my concept with you. Just, as i stated in my previous message, i really cannot see a way to implement additional icon in my design, since it will compete with stylized e that you like so much (and probably the main reason why you are choosing my concept). You will practically end up with two icons in your logo which will not add to balance, design nor clear message of high value and prestige which is delivering right now as is.

but, can you please try some other fonts, just to be sure that I am happy with the one you selected.

I want a classic Roman look, maybe with 3 dimensional lettering - as if they were made of gold-- or maybe a taller & thicker font?

For me, classic Roman look doesn't go well with thicker version, so my vote goes to more elegant v11.
