We envision the background consisting of natural views (such as rice fields, rainbows, mountaneous plains, etc). we want the Nugrain Organics to be bould & defined in front of the background. Encorporating a spray of rice (ie, behind, around or integrated into the logo).. We would also love to see a cute, fanciful RICE FERRY fluttering through the rice fields. Please use your imagination to it's absolute fullest.

Your red/white/blue logo is so far our favorite. If you could incorporate a rice character into the equation it would be great to see!! If you have questions about the rice character, please do ask. My partner thinks I'm crazy, am I??

By "rice character", do you mean like a cartoon rice mascot? Sorry if that's totally off-base, but I'm not sure if that's what you mean. :)

The rice character was somewhat of what I had in mind, but was thinking of somethingmore suttle. Really like the red/white & blue, but would like to just see the same logo in more earthy tones. We will have to make a decision soon so the sooner the better. We are also totally OPEN to your creativity or input!!!! Thanks again

We must make a choice today. we really like the original design you made. we are hesitant because the symbol under the nugrain looks like the bank of america symbol. Could you put something more like a rice stalk instead??

PROJECT UPDATE: Moved to Revisions.

I would like to see a gold matted metalic look enhancing the words nugrain in a shadowed sillouette of the word. I would also like to see a variety of green tones in the logo. (the kind of variety you would see in an actual rice field. How about a background of very suttle. rice stalks. almost like that you would see in homemade rice paper. We liked the circular N with the name nugrain following it. I really hope this helps to give you a little idea of our thoughts. Of course all of these things will probably not work together but this will hopefully give you some ideas to work with. Can you contact us by e-mail at this point. Just wanted to give you a little more feedback regarding logo #17. We love the circle with the N inside & would like to use that idea!! If there is any way you could incorporate the previous feedback into it, we would love it!!! Hope we are not asking too much..thank you so MUCH!!

I like the colors of no. 17 but really like the fading that you did in the newest version w/ the "rr&a" can you show us a few different fonts? I like the blue and green better than the last ones. The shadowing was very nice.

To clear the previous reply. The R&A I was refering to was the light of shadowing in the words NuGrain. We would like to see different fonts for the word NuGrain. Modern & fresh. We liked the idea of the Spice it Up logo option at logooutpost.com/popup_image.php/pID/58/image/0

We were a bit stumped by the last options you provided, as they seemed to have just been slapped together with no thought. We apologize if we have not been specific in our requests. If you could do the following, we will request the file & be finished::: Per revision #17, we would like to remove the "ORGANICS" and change it to "NORTHWEST" ...same font & color. Also, please widen the green outlining around the circle with the "N" inside & include the words "wheat & gluten FREE" . To clarify, the wheat & gluten free should be at the top of the circle in the green exterior lining of the circle. please widen the green exterior part of circle large enough for the wheat & gluten free to read a quarter inch in size (heigth)....please make these revisions at your earliest convenience & we will review & request the file to be sent. Also, please if you are not clear, provide us with questions & we will be happy to clarify. Thank you!

OK, I made the changes you requested via Fax.

+"Wheat & Gluten Free" text changed to font used for "Nugrain" in v17


The problem came in w/ the "Nugrain" text. You requested it be changed to the font used for "Organics" in v17. That font doesn't work in the circular format. The "N" is too large relative to the rest of the letters and the cursive writing is not legible on the curve.

I included that here (v24). I realize it looks awful, but I wanted to illustrate what I mean by it not working.

In v25, I used the font you liked, but gave an alternative for the layout.

You had requested that particular font on page 2 of your fax, but on page 1 you wrote "Please use a bold font for "Nugrain", so what I did was try the layout you liked with a different font (v26).

Generally speaking, all caps works best on the arc.
