I need a "mock up" web-browser interface created using McGruff theme. please visit www.mcgruff.org and www.ncpc.org to create interactive interface for a browser for kids. Please visit www.shrekbrowser.com to view the one created for Shrek. The McGruff will be similar but obviously everything McGruff, Scruff, and "Take a Bite Out of Crime" themed.
