we would like a logo for a project called Instant Equity System.
we have a software and system that will enable any homeowner to pay off their mortgage in average one third the normal time without changing their spending habits.

we sell the system wholesale to mortgage brokers who in turn sell it to homeowners, here's a link:

unfortunately the website for the direct sell to homeowners is not complete but think you will get the idea from above link.

would like a logo that implies quick equity in a house or a house paid in full with no mortgage, any ideas guys?

I was waiting for it to move to Revisions but it didn't?
Anyway the only thing we would like to see is a couple color options.

We are not stuck with any particular colors but would like to stay with basic colors and a little on the darker side because it will be on a white background.

If you have any suggestions for color style/combination choices please send them right over and we will make a decision quick.
