I am looking at a half page ad to place in a Real Estate Book. I have run the ad for 3 months now but I would like to get the most out of it. What I have needs a lot of help.

What I am trying to do is attract potential qualified home buyers with a program no one else offers.

The Magazine ad will be ran in, The Real Estate Book, it will run opposite to a full page ad I have. I would like to get this single ad out of the way, then possibly get the full page ad revised to match.

I have attached an magazines ad requirements in a PDF file, for size and file type. Also, I have attached my current ad. It does need help.

Well since the original project request on Oct 25. There has been no questions, suggestions, comments or designs. So I see there is no use in increasing dollar amount. I can only conclude nothing will be accomplished within the next 24 hours before the cutoff of Nov 9th.

At this point I would request that as of Nov 9th my paypal funds be reimbursed.

With previous positive results, I am Disappointed in the results or the lack thereof.

For an idea of the text/copy that's needed to be in the ad, was in the attachment that I attached. This is the first I've heard in over two weeks that this may be in question.

Let's go ahead and do the refund. My deadline for ad submission to print is Monday and fortunately I submitted the request elsewhere.
