I need a single-page flyer promoting an online service (website).
The website is www.lunch.be, and the site allows companies to order lunch from a variety of food suppliers.

The flyer should (more or less) be in the same style as the website.

Size: A5 (148mm x 210mm), at least 300dpi, please allow at least 3mm bleed.

Color: full-color (quadri).

Background: not white, but a light color or gradient.

The text on the flyer should be about the same as what is on the following page: http://www.lunch.be/customerInfo.aspx (including the price chart). It shouldn't be too hard for us to change the text afterwards.

Typeface: feel free to use whatever you think is appropriate (the site uses "Agency FB" for headlines)

A screenshot (attached) should also be added.

Make sure there is a spot (box or something) for contact information (name, address, e-mail, contact phone number).

The page I referred to is in Dutch, so I will translate some stuff so you know at least what it's about:

On the home page (www.lunch.be):

"Waarom LUNCH.BE" -> Why LUNCH.BE?
"Win tijd. Je hoeft niet meer de bestellingen van iedereen in je bedrijf te verzamelen. Dat doen wij voor jou. Automatisch!" -> "Save time. You no longer have to collect everyone's order manually. We do it for you. Automatically!"
"Vermijd discussies. Alle bestellingen staan zwart op wit genoteerd. Heb je vandaag nog niet besteld? We sturen je een geheugensteuntje per mail." -> "Avoid discussions. All orders are clearly registered. Haven't ordered yet today? We will send you a reminder by e-mail"
"Bepaal je favorieten. Zodat je met één muisklik je regelmatige terugkerende bestellingen kunt plaatsen." -> "Define favorites. With one click of the mouse you can order your favorite daily lunch"

On the page http://www.lunch.be/customerInfo.aspx : (just the headlines).

"Broodjes bestellen via lunch.be?" -> "Ordering your lunch on lunch.be?"
"Eenvoudiger dan u denkt! Probeer het gratis en vrijblijvend" -> "Easier than you think! Try it now for free without obligations"

"De voordelen op een rijtje" -> "The advantages are:"

"Wat kost het?" -> "How much does it cost?"

----------------------------
That's about it. The logo will be attached (only high-res bitmap...)

djaka, the overall look is pretty good, but there are a few things wrong with it. Probably because you are not familiar with the language.

- The headline for the flyer should be "Online bestelservice voor belegde broodjes en lunches" (meaning: Online lunch ordering service) for . I know I didn't make this clear.
- There is no screenshot (as requested)
- No "contact info" box
- The green background is a little too dark
- The quotes are a good idea, but the text "Komen deze uitspraken u bekend voor ..." (do these quotes sound familiar) is directly related to these quotes. Right now it seems as if the text is related to the title "Broodjes bestellen via lunch.be?"
- The price table looks weird. In your design it seems as if the orange rows have a special meaning.

But I do like the look of the page, so I look forward to any changes you can make.

- Philippe

I have a question regarding the box for contact info: Whose information will be going into that area? Yours or your customers?

Will this be a blank box when printed such as shown on djaka's layout?

It will be mine. It should not be a blank box, but if it is, it's not really a problem. I can fill it in myself.

The info that will appear in the box is:

Lunch At Work BVBA
Vennestraat 6
9230 Wetteren
Fax: 09/368 27 21
E-mail: info@lunch.be

@djaka:

Looks better, but:
- the green background is now a little "dull" ...
- the screen shot isn't very well integrated in the layout.
- I don't like the look of the title. It doesn't stand out enough

@Elkootcho:

I really like the design.
Some remarks:
- The title doesn't look good
- The logo is a little on the small side
- Don't start each word with a capital

Thank you for the feedback,
Could you give me direction which part of the text that can be removed, or do you need all the text?
In my opinion, the text is taking a lot of space. Reducing the text can be resulting in unreadable size.

The deadline is near, so we have to make a decision. We are going to take Elkootcho's design as the starting point and work from there.

@djaka: thanks for your design, it was a tough choice, but we liked Elkootcho's a little better.

@Elkootcho: we need a few revisions:

- you can drop the price table
- the "quotes" on the right should look more like quotes (things people are saying), and the following text should be added as our reply to these quotes: "Komen deze uitspraken u bekend voor? Tijd om komaf te maken met de dagelijkse beslommeringen in uw bedrijf bij het bestellen van de dagelijkse belgede broodjes. Lunch.be biedt de perfecte oplossing voor bedrijven die regelmatig belegde broodjes bestellen voor hun personeelsleden.
- make the picture (banner) on top a little smaller, so the text below it doesn't look as cramped
- please do something different with the logo, so it stands out more
- can you style the title a little different?

Since we have a tight deadline, can you work on this asap?

Thanks a lot!

Regards,
- Philippe

Thanks Djaka.

Phillipe - First off, I apologize for the delay in posting this today; It was a very long day at the office today!

Question regarding your changes: When I remove the price chart, does the paragraph above it still make sense or does it need to be modified?

Definitely better, but:
- The logo should be on top
- The quotes are nice, but the color is... ouch!

I'd suggest you put the logo back on top (but larger than the first version), and lower the title. How you will fit the rest of the text and screenshot, that I will leave up to you :D

Regarding your question: the paragraph above the price chart still makes sense. We're going to change some of the text anyway before it goes in print.

The layout is about right, so (considering our deadline) we would like to receive the files of your design ASAP. There will be some small changes, but we can do that. (I suppose it will be in AI or high-res PSD format?)

Thanks for your work!

A Private Message has been send with a download link. The file is a high-resolution, layered PSD file. Please let me know if you have any trouble with the file.

Thanks,
Mike
