Kiernan Remodeling + Design is looking to create a dynamic newsletter template that we can use monthly and send to homeowner's in our area that own homes at $1 million plus.

We have been in business for the past 19 years and our business referrals have always come from our reputation for quality, honesty and integrity. We are now looking to grow to the next level.

The image we want to portray is modern, solid, youthful, but timeless. We now have a full staff of experienced professionals, including a new in-house interior designer and full-time sales rep. We want to update our affluent community about the exciting things happening with our company.

This newsletter should look and read like a monthly design magazine with the following "contents titles" every month:
1. "News": This will be the latest information about any projects that we have finished, awards, charity involvement, etc.
2. "Look": This will be 'trend forecasting' for the remodeling industry and design news.
3. "New Stuff": This will be a new product feature for our industry and just cool new stuff that we like.
4. "Q&A": This will be an interview with someone in the company, our architect, designer, owner, etc.
5. "Numbers": This will be dynamicly displayed statistical remodeling information.
6. "Special Features" This will be a particular subject focus, and our general manager would write something about it, like an intro, on the front of the newsletter setting the tone for each month. For example, this season would be our new in-house design services and decorator profile.
7. "Love Letters": This will be a section to show positive feedback from clients.
8. "In The Next Issue Of": preview of next months issue.

I would like the name the newsletter "c h a n g e s". Each month also showing the volume, month and year.

These are just my preliminary ideas and I am open to any changes. Attached is our logo.

Thank you!

Hello,
A couple of quick questions:
1. Do you have your logo available as an .EPS?
2. How will you handle printing this newsletter each month? Full color or black & white? Full bleed or no bleed?
3. How will you be updating this each month? What is the final program format that you will require?

Thank you. :)

Dear ElKootcho,

I responded to your message the same day, but apparently, it did not go through and I didn't know it until know, so I aplogize for the delay!! Here are the answers to your questions:

1. Yes, I have attached an eps version for you.

2. I will want to put in new verbage each month and new photos of our work. The brochure will be full bleed, full color.

3. Doesn't matter, I will have it updated appropriately.

Thank you!

I have not entered because I don't use publisher or pagemaker. I use adobe indesign.

I had no idea that would paralyze this job.

Please use whatever you have, I will have someone update it when necessary in the appropriate format. Don't let my ignorant response stop you from entering.

Thank you!
