This assignment consists of two parts.
1. Produce a graphic that clearly illustrates the operation of my software product.
2. Combine the graphic produced in part 1 with an existing product logo to create a virtual boxshot.
Part 1 - The graphic
This is the major portion of the assigment. I want a graphic produced that can be used on the home page of the product website and also on the front of the virtual box shot. Ideally it should be of sufficient resolution that it will also print without jaggies up to A4 size.
The product is Text2Go (http://www.text2go.com), a Windows software application that allows you to convert text from the web to speech and transfer it to your iPod so that you can listen to it while on the go.
I want a graphic that clearly illustrates the following process.
1. Take a page of text from the web.
2. Convert it to speech.
3. Transfer the resulting audio track to an iPod so it can be listened to while on the go.
The graphic will replace the existing image

I don't expect the new image to be anything like the existing image.
However the image produced needs to tie in with the existing logo and web site colours.
One possible idea is -
A woman rushes out the door with iPod in hand (or wearing iPod).
In her wake, web pages are being sucked out of a monitor, morphing into audio tracks (e.g. a waveform or a music note) and streaming into her iPod.
I am very open to suggestions and would be happy to discuss concepts or see some simple sketches of various possibilities.
Part 2 - The Boxshot
I want a virtual boxshot produced, similar to something produced with TrueBoxShot (http://www.trueboxshot.com/)
This effectively involves creating two images, one for the cover and one for the spine.
The cover image would include the Text2Go logo, the image produced in part 1 and some text such as the company name (Tumbywood Software), product description (Listen to text from the web on your iPod or MP3 player) and website url (www.text2go.com).
The spine image would include the Text2Go logo, 'Text2Go' and the company name.
I really hope someone can help and please don't hesitate to ask for further information or clarification.
Regards,
Mark.
