My idea was to convey acceleration through experience leading to success. Screens are morphing in to an arrow pointing up.

Here is update, but i really think that color gradation make sense in my first proposal.

Thanks to Giant (I really liked your entry but the simplicity of the winner got it the most votes here), Freetime, Bleeseville and everyone else that contributed designs. Much appreciated & i'm sure to be back.

Can I see the design with these colors and with a slightly larger font?
