Hi everyone again!

I entered this not knowing what to receive? the quality and professionalism has been so high, I have entered again.

You may think I am mad! or have loads of money! I am neither, its just that this is a new website and I am not 100% with the name for the site! So I would like to see your creative skills for this new competition. I have been so impressed with what you have come up with so far for "asia4shopping" I wanted to know what you could do with "1stopasia".

But I do not want to see the same designs for this concept as you have already used in "asia4shopping". I want to see totally new concept designs, colors, text styles, symbols.

I like these designs
Narniamusic by wwwzone
controlsync by wwwzone
randomspace by wwwzone
brilliant by just g
sonrise by palmer
tekheads by ubergerlgeek
detroit solutions by j design

I also like the colors reds, blues, oranges, pale green, yellows use pastel shades, use bold shades, use dark colors, mix and change colours, please try and adapt an emblem, I like Radical Seeds 'shopping trolley' in my other competition. Please steer clear of "dragons or chinese writing" I can see these styles do not work.

The site is still an ecommerce site, selling consumer items, travel, hotels, electrical items, clothing, everything you can think of to buy really!

Good luck to all those who enter my new competition. Also the prize money is exactly the same $150 as "asia4shopping".

Elkootcho:- Liked your first design the colors looked good, the 1 does not work very good, inside the circle, like to see the text look more fun, it looks a little plain! ( please! thats no offence intended) second logo looked more official, but the colors looked good. I want the text to be more freestyle and with fun colors, this logo needs to look exciting, and fun but serious too!. And the 3rd design that was quite good but that too needs to be more fun, please use more colors, experiment with them, change shades, please if you can make the name exciting!.

Radical Seed:- The text is too similar to asia4shopping, and the stop sign? does not work for me, but its your first attempt, and I know you will blow me away with something! please try not to use the same concepts as asia4shopping, I want this logo to be exciting, fun, serious, use as many shades of colors that you think will work, do not be scared to try different shades in the design. I want this to be colorful and fun.

wwwzone:- your 1st design loved the colors but not the 'one' and the text did not work but I liked it for your first attempt.
2nd design the text was better but the 'triangles' and the 'one' did not work for me, please think of the site or logo to work with ecommerce, it has to have an emblem which can be utilised as a icon for the desktop. please do not be scared to try different colors make it fun, viberant, exciting, something you will always remember because it looks cool for the younger generation, sophisticated for the older generation, and professional for the businesses wishing to use it.

thanks everyone! looks like this competition could hot up the same as asia4shopping, please keep your ideas coming.

WWWZONE:
#5 This is a good design but not really what I am looking for really, it is very psycadelic to loud for a logo, but very adventurous. The colors you are using are good. I want a symbol remember it is a shopping site, information site, travel site. Incorporate the colors but try blending in a symbol or object that incorporates all of these themes.

#6 I liked how you have wrote the 'stopasia' in a square I woulld like to see that with a background but also again incorporate objects in to the design I like how ubergerlgeek designed his 'TEKHEAD' simple but stylish great text. I like elkoocho's design he did for 'design addicts logo x2' again stylish good colours like the dot for the mouse to click and the mouse design.

#7 this design is good colors again but a little too loud really, I liked cre8or design for 'elephant services group' I like also 'intels centrino logo' like the colors in that one also look at www.ksand.com look at the colors and logo when it loads up the page or look at the logo in the corner when the page loads up. I like them colors see if they can be used in this logo.

I hope this will help everyone and I look forward for your designs, also thanks again to those who have entered so far.

Elkootcho: in your very first design could you put a box background, and give some color, but I am sorry the 1 does not work, but I like this design its very good but if you change it. I would just like to see that concept.

Taldo: This is quite good I do like it but I would like to see more colors like blending yellows, oranges, reds, blues, purples, greens. Please look at http://www.ksand.com/the_site.html and you will see what I would like to see? But please do not give up.

Coredesign: I liked this logo the first one looks good in a circle and square, but would like to see the colors used in the website I mentioned to Taldo. But you have a good idea their, I like how you have adapted the design as vehicle. it looks like the site is delivering asia to them. Very good! try and adapt the colors and lets see what develops.

ELKOOCHO: Your very first design I liked it has scope would like to see it with different colours, sorry did not like you latest design I just do not think it would suit my site. Please look at http://www.ksand.com/the_site.html and this will give you a better idea of what I am after. But try and keep a desktop logo as I would like people to have this service as a shortcut to the site. Please do not give up!

WWWZONE: Again this is one of the nicest logos I have seen have a look at the use of colors, it will give you an idea of what I would like to see http://www.ksand.com/the_site.html. The wording in a square could work but with different font style look at elkoocho's first design he has good font. The arrow does not look right for what I want, if you can think the site will be a shopping site, media site, and travel site. This will give you an idea of what this logo could be developed try incorporate an image which can be used to identify all 3 sites?
But do not give up please keep in there!

Again to everyone thanks for your new entries and please keep all your new ideas coming. And if anyone else feels they have an idea which could work the my website concept please enter this competition.

Jdesign: Thanks for entering my competition, its not really what I am looking for but ood first entry. Please look at my reply's to the elkoocho, coredesign, taldo, and wwwzone and please look at the colors in the website I mentioned. You will have a good idea of what I am looking for, I did not think the sphere design? is not in the concept of my site. If you need ideas please have look at my other competition 'asia4shopping' but try and use a concept, 1stopasia is a ecommerce, media, travel site so try and incorporate those theme in the design if you can or an image that applies to all three concepts. but do not give up and keep your ideas coming.

Core design, you have something here this looks quite good, but I would like to see Purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red all these colors used in one design. If you use it as a background, or in a symbol. You looked at the website I mentioned before? see how the designer shaded the background using all the colors, thats why I would like to see.

Elkootcho, this design really not what I was looking for, I still think the font in your first was very good, please look at www.ksand.com and see how the colors I am saying to Coredesign and use all of them in one design. See if you can scribble the shading in the background the same as Ksand, or use something totally original. again thanks and keep them coming

WWWZONE: I think you are on the right lines with your latest design, could you change the font style, to make it more freehand, and give it a darker shading as you cannot see the white writing that good?, Keep the colours but can you change the pattern, give it a more blend so the colours all blend into each other. I would also like to see it inside a square or circle with all the colours included, just to see if that works. But this is very good I like it! keep on with the good work, thanks.

Ryan:

Could you try this, Keep your circle with the design in! then the lettering for 1stopasia put each letter inside a circle, and colour each circle differently using the colours in the last logo design. Its just a suggestion it may work, keep the font black, and the main logo design, take the colours out of it they do not look right, you are right. Try some pastel shades for main logo, and the circles for the lettering. But thanks for trying with my styles.

Taldo: this design looked to manufactured, I wanted something original, that no-one has thought of before, the colours you used are ok! but blocks in the design look very commercial to me! could you try something fun looking, colourful using the colours Ryan is trying. Keep the designs coming though!

thanks
Everyone

Ryan, sorry for not getting back to you about your latest revision, the colours look better in the top one than the pastel shades. But the green background is too dark for me. But I think you have really tried with this design and you have changed it every way you can, but its just not working. I like your design with '1sa' in the shape of a truck, but I just wished it looked more fun. I am sorry for messing you about Ryan and I would understand if you give up on me!, but I hope you keep trying! you are very talented.

Andy,

Am I wrong or was this contest for a logo only?
Designing a business card, banner, icon, and web page is way above and beyond what the contest called for, isn't it? A logo for $150 after you have a number of graphic designers work to choose from is quite a bargain as it is. If Taldo supplies these designs, he really should be compensated. Don't you think?

baby needs a new pair of shoes... kids have to eat...

Coredesign,

I liked them they are very good modern and fresh just what I was looking for, I liked the design on the second one the colours in the first one are better, well in the lettering. The wheel designs are better in the last one! mix the 3 and I think you have a good design.
I would love to see them in a page format! business card format, and banner format.

LOOK I AM NOT ASKING FOR THESE DESIGNS TO BE EXPLOITED INTO A WEB PAGE TEMPLATE. YOU DESIGNING BUSINESS CARDS FOR ME OR DESIGNING A BANNER. ALL I WANT TO SEE IS WHAT THE DESIGNS WOULD LOOK LIKE IN DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS THAT IS ALL! IF YOU DO WANT TO SHOW THESE FORMATS THEN SAY NO! IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM!!!!
(I hope this answers your query Pennyln)

As I do not think there will be anymore designs coming to me, I think the best would be to announce a winner.
Coredesign thanks you win!
Taldo I am sorry Ryan just pipped you to the post, thanks everyone for entering and sorry if I offended anyone again!
Please email me the designs in vector format!

Congrat's Ryan

And thank you Andy for another contest, I don't think you offended anyone it's just that if the contest's are for logo designs and then the contest holder starts asking for stationary designs as well this is extra work for us designers and one we would normally charge extra for, but I'm sure that the designers don't mind placing the logo on a blank business card or letterhead maybe with a name underneath just as an example.

Hopefully you understand and I'm sure if you come to some arrangement Ryan will be willing to come up with some stationary designs.
