Logo Update

I have a logo, which I really really like. I designed it myself, and I am really happy with it.

What I would need is a very slight modification to it (make it web 2.0 bubble-y), and was wondering is that a standard logo project? The design is already done, I just want a professional designer to create a psd for it, and spruce it up a tiny bit.

Is this a full-blown logo project, or can it be miscellaneous?

What format is your logo in? If it is a .psd, I do believe that it will have to be recreated as a Vector, and that would surely constitute a full-blown logo project.
