Logo for shirts - Music and Art Teachers *Project Over*

The art teacher and myself (music teacher) would like to have shirts embroidered to wear to school each day. We both teach in the same elementary school and want to wear comfy, casual clothes to school since we are "getting" in there and working right along with the students. To do that, we have to have our school name on our clothing.

We are hoping to have a logo designed that incorporates both art and music. This logo will be embroidered on shirts over the left pocket.

Our school name is Northwest Elementary. Our "mascot" is Explorers. Most of our designs use a compass when they have shirts printed.

Art and music are called Related Arts at our school but we would prefer something to the effect of Fine and Performing Arts. Or, if you have a better idea, we are all ears.

Honestly, I am not sure we have school colors, but most everything is printed using red, white, or blue. We would not need to necessarily follow that theme. We are going to have the logos printed on a variety of different colored shirts.

As you can see, we are pretty flexible and really do not have anything special in mind. We would like to have something in a couple weeks if possible.

I talked with the art teacher today. Another idea we had is to have a paintbrush looking as if it is painting a music staff. We would really like a pictorial type logo. Thanks,

Thanks for participating. Several teachers in our corporation liked the idea of having matching shirts. So, the Northwest Elementary will need to be changed to North Adams Community Schools. Is that possible in this design? ;)
