Is FindAJobAlready.com exact wording that you want in your logo? (it seems that none of the above logos have .com in their logotype...) Also, pay attention that majority of logos that you like has one or eventually two words in them...

Hi Logoholik,

I actually like the 2nd version better in the black and white than the colored version.

I don't like how there's the light blue at top and darker on bottom.

Also, maybe change the "a" in Find/a/JobAlready to be on an angle or different size, font or something instead of having the different colors to show the difference between the words?
