Just as a note, even though the Due date is not until Apr 10, the sooner I can have this the better, so if you have an idea, please submit it ASAP. I will be choosing a winner well before the Due Date to work with on this project.

Background Info

I run a network consulting business by the name of "Innovative Network Concepts" that specializes in high end TCP/IP networking. We mainly work with organizations such as Webhosting companies and Internet Service Providers by assisting in redundant network topology design, quality IP equipment selection, routine network maintenance, and emergency assistance.

We pride ourselves on being a low cost affordable solution to startup and growing companies that either cannot afford or do not need the assistance of a full time network technician.

To get a better idea of who we are as a company, here is our current website - Innovative Network Concepts (http://inconcepts.biz)

We have never had a logo that I like too much. As we are expanding and developing brand awareness, I would like to get something in place that is recognizable and eye catching.

Main Focus of the Logo

The company name, "Innovative Network Concepts" should be the main focus of the logo. We often abbreviate our company as "INC" so more emphasis on the letters "INC" would be beneficial.

Logo Theme

I would like to focus on colors that will fit in with the color scheme of the company website, which again, can be found here - Innovative Network Concepts (http://inconcepts.biz)

These will be colors such as light blues, dark blues, black, white and perhaps orange as an accent color - although no orange is necessary if the logo will look better without.

The background of this logo should be transparent so will show up on any surface. Thin borders around the letters may also be beneficial to this, however, it is not necessary.

Since we do run an IT based company, I would like to design to say just that. When someone sees the logo, they should think, "high tech" or something along those lines.

Lastly, this will need to fit on address labels when scaled down, letterheads, business cards, and of course will need to fit on the website where the logo is currently.

We may also put it on shirts, mugs, office stationery, etc., so we will need a high enough resolution with the finished product for this.

If anyone requires any additional information please post and I will get back to this thread ASAP.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not really sure what to do now. I like certain elements of both of these but neither really scream out to me.

Giant, just so you know the company name is Innovative Network Concepts.. with an s

Pracus, I like the text on the right side of your design but I don't like the jumbled together logo, although I do see what you are going for. Maybe you could come up with something else for the left side?

These are both good, but if you guys have anything else in mind I would like to see it. I want something that really jumps out at me.

Thanks for the effort so far. Keep it up!

Hi giant. Do you think I could see the logo in post #3 with the font you used in post #7? I like the fact that this clearly defines the letters "INC" and uses a small amount of white space. Also be sure to put an 's' on the end of Concepts.

Could also see post #7a design with the logo on top of the letters instead of to the left of them?

I'm kind of leaning towards post #7s design because I like the look of the logo, but the large amount of white space hurts it and also INC is not clearly defined. It could be mistaken for just NC. Is there a way you could more clearly define the "I" so it stands out a bit more?

Could you make these changes and let me see how they look?

As much as I like all of these news ones, my business partner is leaning towards version 1. I am sort of starting to agree because it will be easier to work with on the website and probably easier to print as well.

I believe Version 1 is currently in the lead. It will need a couple of small changes however.

If anyone else has any other ideas, feel free to throw them out there. I'll leave this open few more days before I pick a winner.
